Mix in water and drink
Good powder multivitamin and mineral. Easy to mix in water. Tastes like a vitamin, so don't expect differently. It is not a bad taste, but just realistic. Mix in some water and drink. Easy peasy.

Speariment taste ruins it. I can't mix this in a fruit smoothie.
Hated the Spearmint taste in my fruit smoothies at first, but I've gotten used to it. I used to get All One powder and this looks like the closest thing to it that you can still get.

Awful
I had to throw away a whole case of water because without tasting it first, I put a scoop of powder in each water bottle..first of all it does not dissolve .. thick yellow clumps. I have to shake it and one that exploded so I learned my lesson. It doesn't dissolve and it tastes horrible

I love it. I will buy it again. Has a fresh citrus mint flavor that's not overpowering. I'm preparing it with cold water, adding juice or dairy is completely unnecessary.
