Does this protective gear include 2 knee pads, 2 elbow pads, and 2 wrist pads? Does it provide protection for skateboarding and riding?

Yes, it includes 2 knee pads, 2 elbow pads, and 2 wrist pads.

Would this size medium set be too big for a 7 years old?

I purchased the pink and purple for my girls. They're 6 and 7 years old , so I got size medium and they fit perfect.

How about this protect set?

We have the full set and they're awesome! I have a reckless 10 year old boy and these have prevented many scraped hands, elbows, and knees.

My child has a black helmet. I want to buy him a black and red kneepad. How about?

The protection effect is not bad.
