Excellent product - Hyland's make wonderful homeopathic remedies. Many uses not the least of which is stuffy nose with white/clear mucus and also wonderful to use as medicine (dissolved under tongue) for simple skin burns.

I'm a school teacher and commonly get colds during the year. Not sure if its the salts but knock on wood I have not been sick yet and we are a few months into the school year. Been through a couple of rounds of colds going on between the students and staff but nothing has hit me yet. I felt a bit of a runny nose several weeks ago and salted up by taking 6 at a time 3 times that day, nothing more than that manifested. My wife and I now "salt up" when ever we are around our friends sick kids or an area where germs are prevalent.Update 05/30/16 - My original review was written in November 2015. As the school year just ended I wanted to report that for the first year ever as a teacher I did not get sick once this year! Other than my seasonal allergies nothing! I teach 6th grade and will usually get a cold or two during the year. I will update in a few months when school starts again and the germs start flowing to see if my winning streak continues with this product.

Being a former teacher, this is little bottle of wonders keeps sickness and cold at bay!!! You have to take immediately at the feeling of maybe getting a cold and you never develop it. Love this!

I had first tried Boiron's brand Kali Muriaticum 6x, both to potentially help with sinus such as post nasal drip and inflammation, but also because kali muriaticum is potassium chloride. Chloride transports potassium into the cell and most people are calcium heavy and lacking potassium. The boiron worked right away suprisingly, and so I came across this which gave about 5x as much product as Boiron for the price. 5 times. The taste is much more chalky then Boiron, that isnt a big deal as far as choosing but preferred the boiron. Unfortunately I was slightly disappointed that boirons effects were more noticible and quick then the hyland's version due to the huge price difference so I stuck through it and found these do at least work. I just suggest to also try boiron in comparison at least once and see if you notice this works as well for you for your needs. When needing something short term or very important I'll be going for the boiron first instead but due to the cost and constant need, I'll keep trying these since its so much cheaper its certainly worth a try if you get the results with it even if using a higher amount per dose.Has my review been of help to you? I'm amazed at how fast this product actually works. Every 2 to 3 years i battle a horrible whooping cough which usually arrives in mid nov/early Dec, coupled with oodles of prescribed meds from little to no avail. At this time I was diagnosed with whooping cough again, given new meds which didn't help.As soon as I got Kali mur I started taking it immediately and the positive response was noticeable on the very next day.From now on I shall keep this miracle homeopathic pills handy.

I am familiar with how to use holistic remedies. They MUST be taken at the very first "thought" that you are getting a cold. Taking them properly they DO WORK, which this HAS been doing. It's very important to follow the directions. I will have these in my medicine cabinet from now on!
