Fast-acting and effective antiandrogen. I see results in a day or two, although milage may vary. I use it as needed for acne, oily skin, and hirsutism. I feel the effects of a dose for about 11 hours (I am very sensitive mentally to my androgen levels) and I would take it twice day for stable hormone levels. I wouldn't take multiple times the dose, though, as too much may cause fatigue.

Since nobody else has actual photos here’s mine the pictures are from a month and honestly, I do really think it’s helped improve my skin despite my acne scars. I’ve honestly cut out sugar and take two of those a day and I honestly believe it’s helped like I haven’t felt like I’ve had more clear skin in a while the first photo with like all the acne that was in July 18 and then the second photo is August 12. I did start to notice changes in about a week, so I hope this helps.

It did aid in my hormone management and hirsutism after more than 2 months of use on daily basis, but with an adjustment to the dosage, which is something you need to consult ur care provider with.

I I don't thanks this is full experiment the leaves and capsules do not smell like the peppermint leaves do the spearmint should be almost stronger but smells more of grass than of a minty smell.

Very hard to buy these outside of amazon, so glad to find these at a reasonable price here. Using to treat cystic acne from hormonal imbalance and take 2 capsules twice a day works a treat. Using with saw palmetto, zinc, vitamin A and pantothenic acid for a full acne cure which takes overall about a month.
