When closed at front does it hang longer than the back?

The shawl hangs evenly all the way around. It isn't longer in the back

Can someone explain if it is good quality and won't shed....? There are people who've purchased complaining about it. ?

I didn’t have issues with shedding for mine but to be fair I also only wore it once in my wedding day. Not sure how it would handle long term use. But the quality was. I’ve enough I’d wear it again

Would it be big for someone who's a teen or on the smaller size?

It would fit its more of a cape style one size fits most great buy
