Great little LCD
I usually use 16x2 or larger character LCDs for my projects, but I needed something smaller this time. This one works flawlessly. It's too bad more information isn't available for this product. It would have saved me some time trying to figure out the wiring. Luckily I was able to find the datasheet.A side note: make sure you have the wiper arm of a potentiometer connected to V0 (pin 3) to adjust the contrast or you won't see anything displayed on the screen!EDIT: Realized I can't post the datasheet link. Search Google for "LCM0802B-NSW-BBW.pdf".

simply didn't work.
Nothing happens at all on power-up. Either the unit is defective or the wiring specs are wrong. On the up side it was very cheap, but you get what you pay for, I guess.
