Sportline XL Quad-Fold Chair with Footrest Color: Blue

The chair was initially comfortable based on having a foot-rest. Yet with limited use both parts which connect the foot rest have broken off. I have attempted to contact xscape designs via both email address on their website and each came back as a delivery failure. I tried to fax an inquire as to how I can obtain a new foot-rest (it seems that this is possible as the point of connection is able to be unscrewed. Mayhaps they has sold a version with the footrest and one without... or they anticipated there breaking). Yet no response. There is not a phone number listed. I am not sure if they have gone out of business. Not worth the high cost. I had expected an item with greater sustainability.

This chair is very comfortable, but do not buy it for the footrest. It broke the first day that I used it and it will not stay together no matter what you do.

Loved the chair for the first year until all of the problems that have already been pointed out by other reviewers happened to my chair as well. The buckles going to the footrest snapped, I just tied the straps together in a knot to fix that. Also had the same issue with everyone else with the footrest breaking away from the main chair frame. The chair is not made to last more than 6-12 months

Comfortable chair, but footrest straps snapped at buckle on first use. I epoxied these and seems to work ok. Would have expected better quality materials considering the price.

I wish this was a high quality chair. The backrest is quite nice. Unfortunately, the pieces are connected by metal screws into plastic receptacles, so the screws strip the plastic very easily. On my first use, the attachment of the footrest to the main chair stripped out and is not fixable. I guess you get what you pay for.

I've owned my chair for three years now. The zipper on my bag broke in the first week. If I'd have written the review then, it would have been three stars if not less. After giving the chair an opportunity to redeem itself; I'd say its excellent value. I'm on here to buy a second one. My original chair is in excellent condition. It still looks brand new and I've used it probably 3 weekends per month for the past 3 years in all seasons and weather conditions. Snowed on and frozen over in Yosemite and Yellowstone. Rained on everywhere. The chair is built to last. I just bought what I thought was a similar chair for $20 more and turned out to be a POS. Back to Xscape.

wish I could give this a better review -- it looks so great - but the fastener for the leg rest has already pulled out and was deformed as a result now it pops out regularly. It sits very upright -- no recline -- so for a chair that has foot rests it puts you at a slightly less than comfortable 90 degree bend -- but the fastener popping out was what bugs me - only sat in it 8-10 times

Relatively comfortable chair, but unfortunately the lower mounting bolt, (holds foot rest rod) stripped out from plastic mounting pad in only a few days!!
