Didn’t work out of the box, but easily replaced with a working unit by manufacturer.
Upon receipt, the filter fan appeared to be broken. I could get all the electrical features working, but right out of the box the fan would not engage. I would have given this a one star if it weren’t for the manufacturer support, I received. It’s an American company based on the west coast. They provide a slip of paper with their website and phone number listed in the package so you don't have to look up anything for support. When the unit didn’t work, I called the number. They were most apologetic and offered to ship me a new unit immediately. This support earned them a second star in my review. Rather than going through an exchange with Amazon, I decided to take them up on their offer. The new unit arrived in 4 days. The new machine arrived as promised by the manufacturer. They included a UPS shipping label to send back the old one at no charge. I set it up and it is working well. I am leaving it on "turbo" mode for a while to get things in my house started. They have an indicator for air quality. Even with dust and pet dander in the air, it indicated the air quality was good. I thought perhaps it was broken, until I decided to cook a couple of pork chops in a cast iron skillet. This released some smoke and a lot of order. The air quality indicator immidiately turned red, indicating poor air quality. I put the fan on "turbo", and within an hour the air quality indicater returned to blue (good), and my cooking orders were gone.Their design is dirt simple. The filter is easy to remove and replace. The front cover comes off to access the filter, and it is held in place with magnets, making it pretty much fool proof. It draws air in from the sides of the unit and blows it out the top. I feel comfortable leaving it back against the wall and out of the way. It has an “Off” switch which some of the larger machines do not have. It uses a 2-filter system, first, activated charcoal and second HEPA filter. You can periodically clean the charcoal filter with a vacuum (using a brush) to give longer life to the both filters.

Love It
We tried a different, highly reviewed air purifier first. One of Amazon’s top recommendations. It was a few dozen dollars cheaper and smaller. It was also quieter and had lower air output and made the rooms that it ran in smell like plastic. No dust accumulated on the filter after running in extremely dirty rooms, no one’s allergies improved, the level of floating particles seemed unchanged. We sent it back. The second air purifier that we tried was the Invisiclean. It is larger. On turbo, it is quite loud but the speed being turned down quiets it down to nothing. The sleep mode turns off the blue light but I like the blue light. The filters are supposed to be fairly cheap and easy to find but I haven’t needed one yet.I really like this purifier because it tells me when the air is dirtiest, so I know where to run it the most. If someone has sprayed Febreeze or perfume… red… if someone vapes near it… red… if the humidifier is running, red. After dusting and vacuuming, it is red. When the doors are open, sometimes red. Kind of let’s you know what quality air you’re letting in when you air out the house. Now, I dust and vacuum, run the humidifier if needed for a while, then run the purifier til the light turns blue to help with my kids allergy symptoms. I run it all night in my room on turbo bc I like the sound.

Great Filter, low EMF output
Had a competing product from Levoit. Regarding air purification, this model is equal if not better than the Levoit. Definitely quieter and I like the self adjusting speed based on air quality. Where this unit excels is not air purification, but electricity usage and EMF emissions. I realize the opinions on EMF (magnetic and electrical radiation) vary from I don't care to I wear a lead lined hat 24/7 so for what it's worth to folks as I am not here to debate the merits of EMF exposure - this unit produces drastically less EMF than other purifiers, especially magnetic. The Levoit would hit 50-75 Milligauss once you were within 3 feet of it and the EMF would not drop to safe levels until outside of 8 ft. This unit's EMF at close range is shown in the attached pic (exposure under 2 Milligauss for extended periods of time considered "safe"). Now if you have an air purifier tucked in a corner away from bodies on a consistent basis then not a problem IMO. But if you have an air purifier in your bedroom, especially within 6 ft of you, you are getting the benefit of clean air while negating it by having the equivalent of a small microwave running right next to you for 8 hrs. Whats the point. If you can have clean air and also no other emissions then its a win-win while being priced competitively and doing a good job cleaning the air. One note regarding Amazon . . . . be wary I got my 1st unit and it was clearly used so back it goes (missing instructions, packing inside missing, filter was out of bag and installed!). Got the second one and clearly new (filter in sealed bag, unit in a plastic bag, instructions, etc).

Great for EMF sensitive people!
I just received this Oct 8th and haven’t turned it off since! I’m EMF sensitive, had two other air purifiers before this one that gave off extremely high readings, up to 187mg! So, I went on a hunt for a low emf purifier and super happy I came across this one! Posted 6 pics to show the different readings for each level. I keep mine on auto and it’s stayed at .6mg, fricken amazing. Even at turbo it’s still very low compared to other air purifiers when they’re on their lowest cycle level. I would only consider using turbo in a serious event and prob won’t stay in the room but auto has been doing the job just fine. As for the job it’s doing, can’t complain there either - it does what it’s suppose to do in clearing out VOC’s, dust, dander, and any other particles, my room feels fresh and crisp. I don’t usually write reviews for products but this one needed to be written about! Thanks for making a safe product!
