Top Piece Lost Replacement Part for Lonlif 5000mAh iPhone XR Battery Case (Only Top Part, Case Not Included) (Black)

Does not stay on, especially if you remove it to take your phone out of the case. Once you put the phone back in the case and put the top piece back on, the top piece wont stay on. It keeps coming off.I have lost a couple of them when taking my phone out of my pants pockets.

I like the charge case but I had to buy this as a replacement after only having it one weekend. Not satisfied.

Seeing how many other people are complaining about this same thing, I think it's a product design issue. I've got the same problem. I now have two cases that work great with no top pieces. Please send me replacements.

I like the fact that you can buy these separate, but it says alot about the design issue the case has that you even need these in the first place! The clips on our case broke in about and month and rather than send it back or waste hours trying to contact the vendor or mfg I bought these. So far so good on these. Gave it 4 stars because I can see a scenario that you might knock it off and lose one.
