20 Packets of Natural Sleep Travel Single Serve Natural Sleep Aid, Feel Great in The Morning

This is a great sleep aid. It helps you get to sleep quickly, and stay asleep. I use less than the suggested dose and it works fine with no hangover. I use between 5 and 10 ml. I haven’t ever tried the full dose so I can’t say how that might work as far as feeling hungover in the morning. I like it!

Love it. I take this every night about 30 minutes before bed. I fall right to sleep and have no problem waking up the next day.

Excellent sleep aid

Well, I really cannot say if these are doing much for me after going through the whole box. Main reason for this...they are liquid so, if you are mid-aged, like me, you will more than likely end up waking up in the middle of your sleep cycle to use the bathroom. So, kind of hard to call them "Sleep aids" when you end up getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom cause you just guzzled liquid "Sleep Aid" 30 minutes before going to bed. Maybe consider a Pill form in the future? Just a thought.
