Don’t buy “Papa Pita Whole Wheat Flat Bread”!!! I’ve bought pita bread all of my life and this is not pita bread - it is not split down it’s center to form a pocket like real pita bread, nor can you split it with a sharp knife to form a pocket. A complete waste of money. I bought mine at a local grocery store, then ended up throwing the entire package out after failing to open a pocket on two slices!!

This does not have a hollow pocket upon cutting open--it is Greek Style which is not known for having a pocket.Please be aware of what you are buying. If you're wanting to stuff this bread with filling, this is NOT the right bread. Purchased at a local grocery store where it was mis-advertised as pita pocket bread.It tastes fine, is mildly flexible, and holds up well against a day in a lunch box curled around sandwich ingredients. I wouldn't repurchase simply because it's not the bread I thought I was getting. Not the company's fault at all.

I like it alot. My favorite pita brand actually. It isn't a traditional pita however, but it doesn't have corn syrup so that's nice, but it is a bit sweeter. I prefer the wheat version myself.

Found it great for making individual pizza. Yummy! As the photo denotes, it is a pita that folds for a sandwich, not inside a pocket.
