Xhtang Men's Solid Buckle with Automatic Ratchet Leather Belt 35mm Wide 1 3/8"

I've been using this belt for about 2 weeks now and absolutely love it! The belt itself seems to be a good quality. The buckle itself really amazes me as it looks great and feels like a very solid build. Expect it to be larger and deeper than a normal buckle as it has to do the ratcheting. I found long ago a belt will hurt my back as well as cause stomach problems so having a belt that is a quick release to lengthen when I sit, then really easy to tighten when I stand is simply awesome! I did find I needed to cut an inch off the belt, and that too was simple. Thus far, nothing negative to say!

this is my second belt and for all the right reasons! used to have to go through my old belts to find one that would fit best with fluctuating weight. last Christmas i got one of these. after the first month i had donated every single one of those belts, just kept my the new ratchet belt. i cut that one to fit a bit smaller than i should have. so when i gained a couple pounds over these just past holidays it was just shy the length i wanted. so i happily ordered a second. this time i was more careful and cut the belt length a little longer just in case i need it on down the road. so now as i lose weight both fit. next year if i indulge too much, i am covered both figuratively and literally by my newest ratchet belt.as to quality my first one is now over a year old with zero defects or problems. i wore it regularly and got used to being able to get a comfortable fit every single time. this newest belt addition is just as good as the original. both in my estimation are perfectly designed. i could not be happier with both.

Pros: cool concept for a belt, the ratchet allows for precise fit, the buckle looks very nice, the color and style options were vastCons: you get what you pay for and the leather feels a bit cheap, will not hold up to heavy wear and tear for longThis is a unique belt style that is fashionable and functional. The leather feels a bit cheap, but you are not paying a premium here for top quality.

Summary: Despite some minor issues, I believe this belt has great value, function, and style, thanks to the various buckle options to choose from.I have been using this belt since Jan 24th, 2017. I use this belt every day on the weekdays.I found this belt to be very durable, the buckle itself is not light, and feels like it will last some time. The leather belt also feels durable and has a slightly waxy feeling on the outside. It is very easy to remove the belt from the buckle, cut, and re-attach the belt to the buckle. I have no worries of the belt coming loose.If I must find a complaint, it is that the buckle's black paint is somewhat easy to scratch, revealing the shiny metal underneath, as seen in my pictures.So far, the belt is holding up well. For its price and multitude of options, I find no real complaint.

This is one of my favorite purchases from Amazon Prime. Order Thursday night. Received Sunday morning. My pants waist size is a comfortable 42". Belts this size are not always easy to find in clothing stores, even in the Big and Tall sections. Having purchased mail-order belts from other sites, taught me to go larger. My last purchase ended up being a nice and appreciated hand-me-down to my oldest son. Similar in style, but these Xhtang belts appear much better in build and style. I like the fact that the actual "buckle" piece did not come attached. This allowed for custom sizing if required. (ie. I could have cut it to fit if needed, but I didn't have to. Nice!!) I ordered a larger size (43"~49") because... Well... More is better than not enough. For most men, we want enough to reach that first belt loop on our pants. This helps in both fit and styling when securing the end in place and allowing for a more comfortable fit. (Room to grow. LOL) I was able to purchase this during a "lightning deal", so the discount made this even more attractive. I bought 2 and will likely be buying more in the future. Very well made. (Took a minute to figure out how to release the bugger, but easy once I did.) I appreciate the increased available "Micro" adjustments. Holes don't always allow for this... (ie. Too much/ Too little. Men will understand after a big meal... LOL) Well worth the value. Will buy again. Started my collection today!
