Wish it was in Kindle...
One of the more positive text books I have read. Would not buy for a personal read, it was required for a graduate level course. Only offered in hard cover, which I was not a fan of.

The author teaches what she preaches. Through the use of example, analogy and other pedagogical methods, she uses active teaching in the design of the text. Excellent.
