Does Dasamoolarishta contain alcohol?

All arishtams are fermented decoctions. So it contains self-generated alcohol, around 10% of the total volume.

What precautions should I take while consuming Arishta if I have a recurrent acidity issue?

If you are prone to acidity, you can consume Arishta by mixing an equal amount of water and taking it immediately after your meal. Try to avoid taking Arishtas at night. You can also take ½ tsp of ghee after consuming arishta.
