They were heavier than what I thought they would be(12)not sure if they just seem like it because they are coated. Next time I will go to a size lighter. Great tone and feel, sound very heavy and crunchy, perfect for the music I play. The coating will eventually wear off from picking... but still looks and sounds great. Just bought a replacement set after 4 months of hard playing (1 to 2 hours daily). They stay in tune. None of the strings have broken and the sound is still good, but preparing for the inevitable. This is a good 3 month string for a serious player, possibly a lifetime string for a novice.

These are great for my acoustic guitar. Yeah I said acoustic, I have to use electric strings because of the old school gold foil, it's a magnetic pickup...plus they just look the part. 12-52 is the gauge I use check them out if you never have.

Fuertes, de buen calibre pero se despintan muy rápido, al ponerlas en la guitarra ya se nota partes despintadas, entiendo que son de bajo presupuesto.

They looks great, it's kind of weird at the beginning because maybe you could be used to the bright finish of the regular strings, but once you feel confident that they are really there ;) you could enjoy a lot the black looks. With time I expect to conclude about the durability and if they hold the finish correctly.

Oh yeah this is where its at sound good too got the 12 gauge but next time ima get smaller think 12 is a lil bit too hard to push down but they are perfect tho

These strings are cool if you’re strictly going for looks. How they looked before I played them for the first time was the best part. One 30 minute session and the coding was coming off the strings where you pick them. The high E string was dead out of the box. If you’re looking for a quality string and good tone that lasts, look elsewhere.

sounds great for coated strings,,I think they are lasting longer,,usually break a string by now ,,

I have not used this gauge of strings before but I really like the smoothness of black beauties strings. I play usually for a while without a pick, I can do this with black beauties and not get a ripped up thumb.
