Sapore ottimo (leggero non troppo dolce e piacevole) consistenza perfetta (molto solubili schiuma quasi assente) altamente digeribili (non danno nessun fastidio e non gonfiano). Il profilo nutrizionale è completo e bilanciato (senza arrivare agli estremi di alcune categorie di integratori da "COMPETIZIONE") sono consigliabili a coloro che praticano sport a livello non agonistico per aiutare il fisico a recuperare rapidamente energie dopo una sessione di allenamento oppure per chi (come nel mio caso) cerca di tenere sotto controllo il peso utilizzandole come base per un frullato (di frutta fresca e latte vegetale) con lo scopo di ottenere un pasto sostitutivo (ipocalorico e a basso contenuto di grassi).
