Great School Computer
Ordered it because of it's size and it's perfect. Extremely easy to set up and navigate, came in great condition with no scratches or sticky keys. Charger came with a USB-C add-on instead of a straight up USB-C cord, but it fits the charger fine and doesn't seem to have any problems connecting. Battery has yet to run out on me, but I'm also plugging it in to charge every time I'm not using it. Lasts several hours with no performance problems. Also, everything syncs with your Google account if you have one, so that helps skip a lot of the set up time. For the price, I was expecting a lot worse. I couldn't be happier with this little laptop. Perfect for college students looking to take notes on the go. Pictured next to my Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming laptop for size reference.

A very cost-effective alternative to laptops and tablets.
The only downside to buying a renewed one is that ChromeOS updates are provided for 10 years from original purchase date. The one that it replaced did just fine for 20 before some apps stopped working.

Great laptop for a great price
Laptop works great. I bought it for my son's school,since we homeschool. He's only 7 so I was able to set up his child's account and everything pretty easily. The battery surprisingly lasts a few days before needing to be recharged. The screen quality and sound are good. It's very light so easy for him to work with and it's medium size not to big but not small. He uses it very easily as well. Overall a great laptop for a great price.

Works well for personal or work use
I use this laptop for work and I really like it. I needed something simple, but one that worked well enough to be able to take care of all the things I need to do for work. I ended up really enjoying it for personal use as well, and have found myself using it a lot more than I expected. It comes with a really good quality charger, and the battery life lasts a long time. It also has pretty good sound for the price. All things considered, this is the best budget laptop I’ve ever gotten.

It won’t charge it seems to be dead. Renewed products are not very good. Won’t recommend seller
This Chromebook that was renewed lasted for a year then died.

Idem is not for amusement for you school kids out there.
Keep idem in shine site and do not do something stupid like sticking anything in the charging bay.

Still going strong!! Absolutely 💯 love this laptop and would buy it again in a heart beat. I highly recommend this. It's small, light weight, compact and easy to use. Not its not like the typical laptop. The touch screen feature is amazing and I can turn it off if I need to. Give warning that the mouse pad can get stuck over time if you over use it but I think that is more of a over use issue. Lol 10 out of 10. Also side note great battery life. :)

The top corner is cracked
After taking the computer out of box , I’ve noticed a crack on the top left corner, it’s working good so far no issues.
