I just spent 6 weeks traveling all over Ireland and Scotland. Warm, cold, wet, dry weather. The socks were great for all, plus they held up against vigorous hiking and multiple days (in a row) of wearing. Washed easily in the shower (soaped them up while wearing, then rinsed), AND dried in one evening!

I broke my foot, and have to wear an orthopedic boot for 8-12 weeks. It is summertime, and I was finding my foot not only had the pain from the break, but also it was overheating with hotspots and had a lot of chaffing. I wanted to get some merino wool socks to help with temperature control, but also wanted something that was stretchy enough to get over my foot easily. I was extremely happy with the elasticity, and the feel of the material. The merino wool content is very high, and helps regulate the temperature of my foot. You get a lot of socks for the price! No, they are not going to be the quality of a Smartwool sock; they are a fraction of the cost. I have found the Velcro on my boot snags the sock when I put my foot in, or take it out of the boot. If you have wide, swollen feet, these are easy to get on.

Inexpensive, soft, not too thick or thin, not too tight. Best dress sock per price point that I've ever owned.

Edit: I purchased the womens version for my mom and figured I would see if they fit me better than the mens. The womens are much softer and fit tighter against my foot which I like, but they are much shorter on my leg. If they made these as long as the mens version they would be PERFECT.These don't fit me perfectly but they are comfortable and keep my feet dry and warm.

I don't usually write reviews but these socks are top of the line. I was totally surprised coming from China but the other reviews were so good I tried a set of 6. I immediately ordered six more and threw away the rest of my socks. The merino wool (78%) is cool in summer and warm in winter. Socks are thinner for comfort in dress socks so probably not good for hiking unless you wear one inner and one outer pair. I wear them to work where I stand all day and my feet do not overly sweat or grow as tired as with any other sock. I highly recommend these socks to anyone looking for a super comfortable product.

Thin and light (but not flimsy in the least), these merino socks simply rock. Got women's version for myself, had to share with my handsome honey. He loves them too. Remember to machine wash in warm, but hang dry to retain shape/size. Nothing's better than quality merino wool on your feet, especially in the summer heat! So cool and comfy. Highly recommend. (Wish there were more browns/beige/taupe to choose from.)

I have ordered these socks twice over the past year and loved them. Unfortunately, I discovered with my last ordee that the fabric color, thickness and texture had changed, and not in a good way. They were much thinner, a darker color, and not as soft, warm, or cushiony. Sadly, I won't be ordering them again.

These are very nice, comfortable, warm wool socks. My husband and I just got back from Italy and it got down into the 30s there. These socks really kept our feet warm. When you put them on, they look like they’ll be thinner, but they are a perfect thickness. Not too thin and not too thick. They are also extremely versatile. Depending on where we traveled in Italy, it would be down into the 30s but also got into the 70s and we could still wear these socks in both types of weather and be comfortable. I bought a package in men’s for him and a package in women’s for me. We both highly recommend these socks!

I received 3x pairs & have been wearing for the past five weeks on rotation. I have size 10 shoes.Disappointingly, two pairs already have holes in toes.My expectations have not been met as these socks haven’t even lasted one winter!

Been wearing for a week. Soft and comfortable but starts shedding badly after every wash. Definitely not durable.
