Is heatsink comes with on the motherboard, enough for cooling nvme ssd(non heatsink version wd sn750) or should be buy heatsink version of wd sn750 ?

The motherboard heatsink is enough. I am currently using it with an Asus X570-E Strix motherboard which comes with 2 m.2 heatsinks. While the SN750 will thermally throttle if you have no heatsink and do a sustained write (e.g., trying to restore a steam library, or install a large game). but with a heatsink, temperatures are managed quite well. In my case, it tops out at about 52C. The main source of thermal throttling on an NVMe SSD, is the controller on the SSD, as they typically have a very small surface area, but can often pull 5+ watts The NAND with with the heatsink which act more like heat spreaders since they lack fins, will often run a little warmer than they would without the heatsink since they do not generate much heat on their own. The exception to this are on heatsinks that use a copper backed label which acts as a heatspreader to essentially use the NAND and other parts as thermal mass for the controller to dump heat into.

Can this replace an original ssd m.2 sandisk x600 128gb drive?

The X600 is a SATA drive. This is an NVME drive. They are not the same, but your motherboard may support both. Look at your manufacturer specifications and see if it will support an "M" key m.2 drive with a 2280 form factor.

The 750 SE does not have dram. The regular sn 750 does.

Why do people keep saying “no screw??” The motherboard comes with the screw! Not the drive!!
