Good overall product for the price
I bought this a few weeks ago, and by now I'm very satisfied with it.there are a few issues connected more to the operating system than to the phone itself.the face recognition in my opinion does not work well so I had to disable it cause it was more a waste of time than it was useful.Another thing that I hate is the fact that I usually keep the location services off to save battery but I was not able to find a way to stop it from turning on by itself without even opening a window for acceptance. another thing that I dont like is the fact that to unlock the phone I have to do three steps, first press the button to turn on the screen, then slide the screen up to reveal the security window and only then the phone is unlocked. I have to either do a three step or not use the security gesture to unlock it.

Good phone for the price.
I bought this phone for the 32gb memory. I also bought a 'like new' phone. I've had no problem with it so far, but like others say, the battery doesn't take much time to discharge. I don't mind that because I charge mine a lot. The person who said that he had trouble with an AT&T Sim card didn't follow up with TrakFone as much as he needed to. I also had to get an AT&T Sim because my old Verizon wasn't compatible. It took a few phone calls to TrakFone's customer support, but my phone was up and running in no time. Well worth the effort for the extra RAM at a decent price.

Nice phone, works on MINT Mobile
Good size for men's pocket. Appears to be a T-Mobile overstock model. Two minor problems: So far I can't see 'Text' msg on Ford Sync 3 on my Fusion as I could with my Samsung Gax-5mini. And when I connected to my home wi-fi, it downloaded all my 1000s of pics from my home PC! Good thing I had added a 32GB memory card (total 64GB) Likely it was operator error. Very good camera, 'Text' system and HD music through Sony headphones and buds.Months later: It was my error, no problems, all phone apps run on Ford Sync 3.Added Feb. 2022: still working, passed it down to my Grandson.

Great phone.
This phone is nothing fancy, but it functions great. It's quite durable too -- I've dropped it a few times with no damage to the phone. There's plenty of room on the internal storage, but I also installed a mini SD card of my own to provide more room for pictures, music, and various other things.Pros:-Easy to use-Durable (though I would suggest you still get a case of some sort)-Can easily install another mini SD card-Good speaker-Functions efficiently-Great battery life (mine can last a few days even if I'm using it a lot)-Looks goodCons-Not the best camera ever (but it will do the job well)-Can slow down when running heavy appsAll in all, I am very satisfied with this phone.

Great for the money!
I am a LG fan. Had a G3 and was given a Galaxy S7. Replaced the battery twice and they wouldn't last. The Q6 is easy to use and to me is better than the Galaxy. It does get warm when charging but so far no issues. Had no trouble working with AT&T. Was able to use same SIM card and transfer all data. Would recommend this phone.

Shoddy piece of junk
I will never buy another LG phone. I purchased this one on April 23, 2019 and it arrived several days later. This morning, Sept. 14, 2019. a brief messaged flashed on the screen that the System UI has stopped working. I assume that the UI stands for user interface. In any case, the face recognition worked only sporadically and if the light wasn't the same as when I set it up it would not work. So, I also used a PIN code to unlock the phone when the face recognition didn't work. That started working haphazardly, and this morning after charging the phone overnight I can't open phone at all. So I had use of it only from the end of April until the middle of September. I don't know whether it can be repaired, and at this point I don't care. I am loathe to put more of my money into it. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy J series phone. My roommate has one and he likes it and it seems to be reliable. But as for LG, never again.*** This is an update to my review. Today is Monday, Sept. 16, 2019. After the above happened, I went on the internet to see if I could find any information about the problem, as now-a-days there always seems to be some blog or other about almost everything. It turns out that someone had the same problem with the LG Q7 phone. Mine is the LG Q6. The instructions were to press the down volume button and the on/off button simultaneously to shut off the phone and reboot it. There were several other options to try if that did not work. Fortunately, doing this solved my problem and the phone is once again working. This is a relief and I'm glad, but I still do not understand why I would have this problem. The blog indicated that it may have something to do with Google updates. I haven't heard of other brands of phones having this problem.I disabled the face recognition because it never worked consistently but I kept the PIN code to unlock the phone. For now the phone is working, but for how long is anybody's guess.
