This is a great product except for that the elastic is not one size fits all. Yes, I can secure the elastic around my waist, but I wouldn't want to live that way for more than 5 minutes. The remainder of the petticoat is great though. Good length, good fullness, smooth lining, and most importantly it provides lots of skirt fullness WITHOUT HOOPS!!! I wore this under a two piece costume, so I just whip stitched the waist bands together leaving a gap at the zipper. Problem solved and the costume looked great. So, as long as you have a few sewing skills and a little ingenuity, I would recommend this product. If it's not being perfect will ruin your wedding day, steer clear. :-)

Dress added enough poof to my dress. It didnt add alot like a princess poof but it did add enough ball gown poof. It didnt itch either. It was easy for my performance since they were able to carry me while having it on. I could also easily sit down. Strap around waist is a little tight though.

I only took a star off because the tool fabric on the outer part can cause your gown to look a little wonky unless you fluff the hell outta that thing! Fluff and arrange the tool fabric, crinkle it in your fists if need be for the under effect you may be looking for. Otherwise a great black petticoat!

This went under my daughter's wedding dress. The crinoline itself did a great job making her dress fuller but the waist was just a bit tight but it works well.

The belt on this is fairly small but it is stretchy. I am a dress size 4 and it just barely fit around my waist without being too tight, so I recommend ordering a larger size just to be safe. The inner netting is also very itchy so you will need to wear an additional slip underneath the netting. Overall it is decent and it does hold its shape well, it will get the job done.

My daughter has worn it for a year to MANY, MANY formal events where it is picked up, crunched, scrunched though narrow spots with othe BIG dresses. It's held up beautifully!

beautiful petticoat, but was a little stiffer that I had hoped, and the waist was to small for me, will have to enlarge. overall, beautiful petticoat at a great price.

Comes in a very compact package, but put it on and fluff it a little and I got a great poof that will fill out my dress perfectly! Great product for the price, in fact better feel and fit than so many I had tried on at bridal shops.
