Claritin Allergy Adult 12 Hour (5mg) 30-Count RediTabs

The hard to find 12-hour works best for me instead of the 24-hour and it was very easy to order thru Amazon.

It's much cheaper to buy the 24-hour Claritin (especially the generic off-brand of the same thing), but the 24-hour version keeps me wide awake at night, nearly all night long! Totally destroys normal sleep pattern. I found that using this 12-hour is close to perfect, but its nearly impossible to find it locally, and when I do, the price is through the roof. Taken in the morning, this 12-hour wears off near bedtime, which is when I take a drowsy-inducing antihistamine--which wears off by morning.As for the RediTabs delivery system, no problem with it so far, except that they're difficult to get to because of peeling back the tiny foil bubble cover--it's so small and there isn't much to cling to. So if you have arthritis or difficulty using your fingers, this may be a real problem for you.The little Redi-Tab itself (once you actually get TO it) dissolves instantly in the mouth, has a slight citrus-mint taste, not unpleasant at all, and it goes to work immediately--no delay time. I just wish it were a bit easier to get to the Redi-Tab, and they were more available in local stores and priced a bit friendlier.

I can't use the 24 hour Clariton. I guess it works but I wouldn't know for sure because it knocks me out! (LOL)A friend suggested the 12 hour instead. It's pricier but works much better for me. I try not to take allergy medication at all but as a last resort, this does the trick.

My daughter takes these. Just when I think that the aren't doing anything for her and space out the days that she takes, I am quickly reminded of how much they help her. Buying thses on Amazon is a new saving grace in my mind. With Prime (which I highly recommend!) they are at my doorstep in 2 days or less! Use these for my daughter who has allergies, just cut them in half and they are chewable so its easy for her to take. Works as expected, but half the price of children's claritin, plus cut in half it lasts for 2 months. Would recommend, obviously im not a Dr. and cant say this is safe alternative to childrens claritin, but it has worked for us, no more inner ear infections.

These 12 hour Claritin are hard to find in my area. My husband wanted these and did not want the 24 hour as they make him drowsy. No local store had the 12 hour and I found them on Amazon and on sale. I bought a few boxes and now my husband is happy. Thanks for the item and quick shipment.

Thought these were just for kids but actually I use them myself. Doctors always say to use the minimal effective dose and some days I can get away with 1 tab while other days I need 2. These give me the flexibility to choose and makes managing my allergies very easily indeed, aswell as minimize side effects.

I do not think Claritin works as well as Zyrtec, but this is the only product in a RediTab. When you have a child that cannot swallow pills easily, this is pretty much the only option on the market. And, at Amazon, it is much cheaper than retail.
