Does a really good job with jerky. It’s a little loud but not too bad. Easy to clean.

I purchased this dehydrator for its large capacity. It has done a great job . I have made chicken strips, beef jerky and dried fruit. Everything has turned out great. I was concerned about the plastic trays but it turned out they are heavy duty. I love this dehydrator. The timer allows you to set it and forget it.

Works really well once you figure a few things out. The instruction manual is poorly written and difficult to follow. Some information is not referenced at all like the fact that if you rotate the trays they stack with more space between them. Manual says it has a 1 year warranty and 2 year warranty, which is it? It gives no contact info if you need to exercise the warranty. The trouble shooting guide is sheer comedy. I am happy with the machine itself. It works great just plan on figuring some things out yourself.

This is great for small production, was a bit smaller than I thought it would be but for my use it's perfect, made a few batches of jerky and done some herbs, I've had no issues

I actually bought this for a couple. They always make jerky in a small outdoor smokehouse through the year, which was twice size of this product. And we live in a place where the winter is usually four months or longer, so cold. So I bought this for them a couple months ago, and they love it. So far they have made a bunch of deer jerky, and dried fruits out of it in the house, no need to go outside unless they want some smoked food. The pictures are deer jerky and banana chips. They haven’t tried dried vegetables, no a big fan about it. Also, they said they did Google to find the right recipes for dried fruits, the book came with the machine doesn’t have enough details for them. All in all, they love it, lol.

User manual not good needs improvement, other than that it works ok.
