I’m 5’5. 189. Ordered a large. Perfect. Should have gotten a medium and started on the first row of hooks, with the large, I was able to start on the last row. I have a small pudge so if you have more stomach. Large is perfect. So happy with my purchase so far.I’ve only worn it once for 7 hours but I’m use to waist trainers. I’ve paid SO much more for them in the past and this is a FANTASTIC deal. Works like the $50 ones
