We had a brunch open house party in our Spanish Revival. Made 40 candied bacon, egg, muenster cheese on cinnamon raison bagel sandwiches. These were perfect for the job. I can see how they can be used at home or in a restaurant. To make the sandwiches you want to candy your thick cut bacon a day or two in advance with meted butter, brown sugar and spiced rum. Rub the marinade into the bacon in a large bowl, then stack your bacon and plastic wrap it and put it into the refrigerator for 1-2 days. On the day to build your sandwiches, cook your bacon first, save the candied bacon fat to the side in a pan on very low heat. Stack your cooked bacon on a plate. Cook mild seasoned eggs scrambled with white pepper, dash of salt, and a hint of parsley. I use a buttered deep cookie sheet or lasagna to make a think baked egg in the oven for these. Cook until done. Use a butter or basting brush to use the candied bacon fat oil on each bagel and toast them in the over. Once toasted you can put a hint of ranch dressing on the slices and then build the sandwich with a square of egg, slice of mild white cheddar, or muenster cheese, bacon cut in half to make two slices on the sandwich, and wrap in these sandwich sheet. They will stay warm for a bit, or put them on a cookie sheet on low temp in the oven until you are ready to serve.

I selected these for a Mexican buffet. We are going to simply put chips and salsa on the tables for our centerpieces. These basket liners are cute and decorated to assist with the theme of the party.

Love these wraps, they are right size for sandwiches and dogs, bfst burritos and the family loves them!

Just what I needed for festive food baskets!

I have used these for hard tacos as well as burritos. I haven't tried a hot dog or hamburger in a bun yet but I am sure that would work too. Keeps the food together and there is less mess while handling it.

Love this deli paper. Living in Texas I have had many occasions to use it. I can cut these large sheets to meet various tasks, like dividers for tortillas.
