Great on Legs
First time sugar waxing. It was easy to do on my legs! My leg hair was a little longer than recommended length... did great. Easy clean up. Pain was minimal/ very tolerable for legs. And Legs were hairless for two weeks after. I will be purchasing this again. However...I also tried it on my armpits. ๐คฆโโ๏ธ It was painful and didn't work. I was sore the next day. I thought maybe the hair isn't long enough. I waited a week and retried...even had my husband help me. It was comical. Still didn't work and was even more painful. If you have thin armpit hair maybe it'll work for you. ๐คทโโ๏ธ

Tampered box - otherwise good product
My box was damaged and slightly open at the bottom, even though the shipping box was 100% fine. The instructions were also missing from the box... The product itself works okay. Definitely not as good as going to a professional, but still something I'd buy again. I tried using it on my legs but it was taking too long especially given that the wax did not remove all the hair. So, I had to reapply a few times. I ended up giving up and shaving. I then tried it on my face. I have a lot of peach fuzz and random course hair on my chin/neck. It did a great job at doing that. I've never found an at home wax that removes peach fuzz, only the salon could do it. But this did the trick. Overall, I think this is great for small areas of the body and will keep using it as my go-to face wax. I also like that it is easy to clean up. Even though it's messy, it washes away with water unlike regular wax.

Results last much longer than shaving and it's much less painful than epilation
First time attempting sugaring, on a few previous occasions I had tried to make sugaring paste from scratch and was never able to get the consistency just right, this premade paste comes ready to use and once you get the hang of it seems to last a long time. I made the mistake the first time of just applying the full area of the woven waxing strip on a sensitive area and immediately regretted that decision because it was too much to pull off in one go and required multiple attempts to get off cleanly (user error, would have benefied from smaller passes especially for that area.) After a few attempts the strips get covered with hair and become difficult to use. What I found easier was just using tight fitting nitrile gloves and having the paste spread between my pointer finger and thumb, this allows you to just pinch the hair in small portions and pull it out, once the wax is no longer tacky you can roll it off with the hair and reapply. Guys attempting a full Brazilian, word of advice: Go in smaller more manageable passes, apply sugar against hair growth, pull the skin taught, and then pull in the direction of hair growth. Otherwise you might end up with bruising, which does heal quickly but because of this you may want to attempt this a few days prior to the day you want to be smooth. Results last -much- longer than shaving but area may be tender immediately after, similar to a mild sunburn, all the more reason to give the downstairs area time to recover before putting it through its paces (or not, the masochist in me won't judge). Once you get the hang of it the process is easy and other than the smoothess the main benefit is it all washes off easily in the shower.

This product WORKS! Less painful, very effective.
I donโt tend to write reviews very often, but I came here to purchase more of this since I was running out, and realized that a lot of people seemed to have had a bad experience with this product, when I had the opposite! I figured maybe Iโd give my two cents to the conversation, so to speak. As someone who is dealing with having a lot of hair in unwanted areas, as most of us women are, I absolutely hated waxing. I tried to wax my armpits once and it was so incredibly painful and unbearable that I swore to never even try it again. LITERALLY traumatized lol I bought this wax because I had heard sugar wax was more gentle as well as effective, and overall better for your skin. I used it mostly on my face on the chin and neck area and was satisfied, and dint have any complaints. One day, I decided to try and use it on my abdominal area andโฆ to my surprise, all of the hair (which was a lotโhavenโt been to the beach in a while lol) came out on one pull + it did not hurt AT ALL. WHATSOEVER! I didnโt even feel it. Soโฆ despite my prior experience with waxing my armpits, I decided to try it out. And to my surpriseโฆ all of the hair in my armpits also came out in one go, and it was so so so much less painful. It wasโฆ ACTUALLY okay. My armpits are smooth without any irritation, and Iโm happy with the results. I feel like the people having trouble with this product might not be using it properly, or might not be prepping properly. Exfoliating before waxing is always key, and Iโve found that adding baby powder to the area really helps, as well as ensuring your hairs are long enough for the wax to hold, and also applying ENOUGH; too thin a coat wonโt do it, and too thick a coat will be too dense and soft to grip the hair. I hope other people can experience this product and have a good experience like I did!

I wouldnโt recommend for facial hair
Itโs an alright product. It works on my leg hair and I like the ingredients, but I bought this for facial hair and itโs not great. It doesnโt remove any facial hair or you have to keep going over it (and it still leaves hair). I broke out in a rash my first time using because I had to go over areas 3-4 times to see some results. Maybe Iโm not doing something right, but this doesnโt work for facial hair. On leg hair itโs fine, but it takes forever in my opinion (It took an hour for one shin) and is kind of messy, so Iโll just stick to shaving my legs. This stuff only seems to work on hair a cm, inch, or longer. Iโve never waxed before, so some of it may be my inexperience, but I bought this specify for facial hair and it doesnโt satisfy. I have eczema and this seemed like the perfect product for my sensitive skin, but I guess Iโll try something else. For the cloth strips, I have a sewing machine and did a zig zag stitch around the edges to stop fraying ( anti fray glue didnโt work). Now I can wash and reuse the cloth stripes, eliminating waste and saving money.

This stuff works.
I'm surprised this has low reviews and people saying it doesn't work. The sugar wax definitely works, and I used it on my armpits and bikini line so far. I didn't warm it in the microwave first. I just put the wax on my body and lay the strip over it, then lay my hand on it for about 10 seconds to warm the wax with my body heat. Then rubbed my hand over the cotton strip to get the hair stuck on there. A quick pull and the hair comes right out. The bikini line was the hardest because it hurts, and I have to psych myself up to pull the strip really fast. Do not hesitate! It's like pulling off a bandaid :) Just get it done. I've made sugar wax myself by boiling a 2:1 ratio of sugar with liquid. I usually do 1 cup of sugar with 1/4 cup of lemon juice and 1/4 cup of water. The trick is in the timing, because if it is boiled a little too long it turns into hard candy. There are YouTube videos walking you through the process. It is possible, I've done it successfully, but I've also messed up and it's a waste of time. So I decided to buy Nads instead. I think for the price it's a good deal. There are other sugar wax products on Amazon that are way overpriced. This will last a while, and you can reuse the cotton strips. I recommend this sugar waxing kit!

Amazing product.
I just waxed my eyebrows (as shown above) and it worked flawlessly. It grabbed a bunch of hairs and whatever stragglers were left behind I just plucked with tweezers. One thing I really like about this wax is that I don't need to worry about it hardening and picking it off painfully (courtesy of traditional wax); I can just wash it off with warm water! I took a bath earlier today, and I followed the instructions and tested it out on a couple small places on my leg before I bathed. It pulled some out, but the hairs weren't yet long enough for the wax to properly grip (I shaved about a week ago). I wasn't too impressed then, but I did see that the manual said that the hairs have to be at least 1/8 to 1/4 inch long, so I just kept it in mind. This was before I waxed my eyebrows. One little trick I learned quickly and used when I did my eyebrows was holding my palm over the cloth strip for about 30 seconds to a minute to let the wax soften and grip the hairs better (you'll know when it softens when you can see the wax seeping through the fabric), before ripping the strip off and getting impressive results. It can be a little bit messy at times, but once you get the hang of it (which doesn't take long at all), it's the perfect wax. I do my eyebrows more often, as I've had them waxed by professionals in nail salons multiple times before, but this is so much better and cheaper. If you mess up and put the sugar wax somewhere you don't want it, just wash it off with warm water! I definitely like it better than traditional hot wax, as I never liked the feeling of intense heat on my face - doesn't matter where. Rinsing the wax off with warm water isn't nearly as uncomfortable as the hot wax, though, so I love this sugar wax. Compared to other prices I've seen for jars of similar sizes, this is quite literally a steal. I would definitely, definitely, definitely buy this again and would recommend it to anyone looking for something similar. :))

Great way to remove hair at home.
Comes with reusable cloth strips, lots of applicators, and a soap to prepare your skin as well as the sugaring compound. Best to use the product without heating it up - just be patient and let your skin heat it up to make it easier to spread. Also don't double dip with the application sticks or it contaminates the sugar and the product deteriorates.

For new users and old.
Omg, look if you're new to waxing it will hurt. But my previous sugar wax was not in stock. I have waxed for 20 years. This smaller jar came. I thought rip off. I was scared to use. Yes the was was thick, so I did the 10 sec recommended. Wow, this little jar done more that most. I did my legs, brizilan, arms eyebrows, mastash, everywhere you can think. There is loads more. It was better than my previous sugar wax. I think I found my new favourite. No bleeding of strong hair. I wish someone would have told me about this product before. And the soap. Yes great idea. No one else does this. And yes we all make mistakes. But the soap was there to sort it out. I love this product. It is amazing. Thank you. Pain free waxing. And my hairs were long. That is the worst time to wax it makes you bleed. I have had no bleeding. And afterwards. My leg were silky soft. This is an amazing product. For new waxing people. I feel this to be the best to use. It will hurt. But, this product. I wish I had it 20 years ago. As for old waxers. Gosh, never felt my skin so smooth. Not the dry hard feeling. It felt like solon wax. And BTW, there was stl half the jar left. Amazing it goes so far. Really impressed x

GOOD FOR NOTHING!!! Not working at all...
Over priced, still we bought it thinking that it will work When we used it, 90% of time its not sticking... even if its get stick, hair is not getting removed.. Totally a waste of money... So, please dont try your luck on this product.

Does a great job and easy to use
I used it on my lip, chin, and brow. If you've ever had waxing done in the salon, you are familiar with the process, just repeat it with this product. The instructions are very clear. The wax is very sticky, much like honey but once you get comfortable with it, it's fairly easy to apply and removes most of the unwanted hair. The brow is a bit tricky and will take some practice and the overall result is not as thorough as the hot wax from the salon, but certainly worth the investment for in-between cleaning. My skin reaction was not as severe as after the salon either.

A very satisfying experience
I have been staring at this for a while. I was a bit unsure if I could do it. Then I put on my big girl pants and started it. It was easy to use and by the end I have learned to use it correctly too. I love that I could wash the wax off the strips. I hope that I can buy the wax without buying the whole kit as well. The waxing was not too painful. However if you are hoping to practice sugaring techniques this product is not for you.
