I have been an ortho- footwear user for several years and i have good experience with these items. This thing have some design flaws. The spine of the feet, where the cuboids are gets ZERO support. It feels like this was designed for flat-footed people. Moreover the magnet thing in the heel area (pic shown) is protruded too much and finished poorly. Its difficult to stand on this slipper for an hour. Not ideal for housewives who spend a lot of time standing while cooking. Size wise its good, but the ortho aspect is really disappointing.

I have purchased over 10 pairs of these slippers in last 2 years, 6 for myself while other 4 pairs for elderly in my family. Thanks to my two rabbit pets, they chewed 5 pairs already. Anyways, these slippers are near perfect and provide good support to your heels, specially if you do a lot of household chores standing. The spikes acts as accupunture. They are bit difficult to clean as dirt gets stuck between the spikes. I wish the durability could have been better but at this price point, it's a steal deal.

This slipper is an absolute junk. It’s a very cheaply made product with a heavy flexible rubber. Unsmooth finish with loose plastic pieces sticking out from all around the outeredges of both soles. I wouldn’t wear this even if it was for free. It provides very little support let alone massage. The so called foot massage layer glued to the surface is already detached from the top of one of the slippers. I could go on but I’ll stop... as for their customer service, here is what I experienced, I purchased this item by mistake thinking it was a new design of another brand I buy regularly. Once i checked out, I immediately realized my mistake and contacted the seller to cancel my order. Obviously my request was ignored. The following day I received notice of shipment of order. Once it was delivered I contacted the seller again, expecting a smooth sailing return authorization. To my surprise they responded “this item is not d” ... what??? I guess knowing their product they must be afraid that once they open that gate they won’t be able to stop the flood of returns.
