Seriously, I put the five pellets under my tongue (as per directions), and in no time at all the symptoms cleared up and did not return!! The recommendations were to follow this protocol three (3) times a day. However, after the first dose the symptoms cleared up and have not returned. I’ve been buying Boiron products for a long time, they always come in a package. I was really shocked to open my Amazon order to find a loose tube floating around among my husbands truck parts. I mean it still works great but I really expected it to at least be in some sort of packaging.
