Does this help repel fingerprint smudges?

Hi, I found this product to be very inferior to other ceramic products. It really does nothing as far as i can tell. I would research online what the best ceramic coating for glasses and go with that. It will last for a few years it definitely repels water spots although not sure about fingerprints

Can you put on extra coats. And would they make a difference.

I don't know the answer. I bought on bottle to try. I used the whole bottle on my car. Windshield, back window, all door glass, mirrors, and my car has a glass roof. Since I wrote my review I have tried a couple others glass water repellants. The Drexler lasted the longest.
