I’ve been researching mushroom products for months and finally decided to take the plunge. I was looking for something to help give my son a boost as he has been in a bit of a slump since the start of the pandemic, leaving him struggling to get through exams. I decided to try it out myself to see if there were any side-effects. I took my first dose on a morning where I felt like death warmed up having spent the night driving. I really wanted to see if they were effective. I took one capsule on an empty stomach as advised. Within half an hour, all the achiness in my body and the feeling of brain fog had dissipated replaced by a slow surge of energy, more subtle, and more sustained than with caffeine, and without all the nasty effects. In fact, I felt energised right the way through the day and was able to accomplish a lot more than I thought I would be able to considering how little sleep I’d had. I have been taking one capsule a day for nearly 2 weeks now. I’ve had to miss the occasional day as at times, I felt almost but not quite hyper active. I am normally quite quiet and stingy with my words, but since taking these capsules, I perceive that I am more confident, chatty, and maybe even funny – I repeat this is my perception of me. In the background, my mood has lifted. I hadn’t realised that the last few months have been a bit of a slump until suddenly they weren’t. Anyway, the intended purpose was to help my son who has been in a mood and concentration desert since before the pandemic. He has no great believer of these things but on the day he took his first capsule, he was able to sit at his desk and study for the first time in three years rather than lie in his bed and stare at the ceiling. Similarly, I have seen his mood lift considerably, although he is rather more sceptical. It would be irresponsible of me to give an unbalanced review and to not share the results of my extensive reading. I would perhaps not recommend this particular combination to anyone who suffers with any form of autoimmune disease. Some of these mushrooms have the potential to boost the main system, which could potentially worsen symptoms from autoimmune disease. In this case, I would probably opt for single mushroom preparations, depending specifically on what effect is being sought.

UK made which i lik Wanted in a bottle but arrived in a flat pack pouch. Last lot went off quicker. Might go for a different brand next time.

We were looking for a good quality mushroom complex to add to a supplement cocktail, and this seems to tick all the boxes. I don’t know yet how much they are helping as they are part of a cancer beating cocktail of diet and supplements. The only slightly annoying issue is that you have to take a capsule 30 mins before each meal, and as we don’t have rigidly set mealtimes, that is easy to forget.

Great product and already purchased for many times

I find this product very easy to consume but cannot comment on efficacy yet as have not been taking it for long. However, it was recommended to me by my personal Natural Health Professional (my son!) to assist in natural treatment of my cancer so I know it must be one of the best on the market. It is expensive but your health is your wealth!!!

We love Mushroom Complex 6 Organic. It has also arrived quickly as promised and the size of the capsules is good so you don't feel like chocking. We'll definitely buy this product again.
