I always seem to feel better after I take this supplement. Whether I take it in the morning or evening I seem to have a sense of well being.

I am finding that this works nicely as a calming herb to help with sleep. It is difficult to wind down. I have found that if I take it about an hour before bed, I can get to sleep quickly and easily. I have also noticed that if I am experiencing some anxiousness otherwise, it also helps with that. I will be buying this again as I am finding it very effective, particularly when it comes to sleep.

I've been on the adaptogenic herb train for the past half year. It's been great for dealing with work and gym stress. My lifts in the gym have gone well, waking up and dealing with the awful nyc train commute isn't terrible, this stuff is great. I take it with ksm66 and ginseng for great effect.
