I bring my outdoor potted plants in each winter and create a greenhouse in the garage. My former lights were regular grow lights which had to be replaced frequently and cost a fortune in electricity. Additionally, the bulbs only focused on one plant so I had A LOT of grow lights. These LED grow lights are amazing and worth the price. I hang them with fishing wire from a pole erected across a line of plants. One light will serve two plants, and the full spectrum light they emit are much better for the plants. My plants have thrived this winter, and even my finicky lilies have been happy. I run each light 8 hours a day, and have yet had to replace one. Definitely a cost-effective success story.

They do the job. My tender seedlings are not burned even though I have the light only 4-6 inches away. Id love it if they'd make them so that several panels could be chained together using a patch cord between panels and a single source cord.

Got hthe package and everything looked great. Just recently set up the lights and one of them does not light up all the way. Whole rows are not working. Update: this company reach out to me right away after my initial review. They were very professional in their email and maain focus was customer satisfaction with the product. They offered to send me a new pack of light at no charge to me. So I am change my initial review of one star to five. I don’t think I’ve ever had a company go above and beyond like this

TERRIBLE!

I purchased these LED grow lights as a already had one and knew what to expect. The are decent and a prime example of you get what you pay for. The housing is pretty cheap plastic. I think one fall and you can kiss them good bye. I've set up a growing station and currently using three light sets. They are working good and I currently have them on a timer. If things work out I may buy another pair to expand the growing station. They also do not generate a lot of heat so that's good. Note: I would rate these 5 stars, but one of the lights didn't work when I tried to plug it in. I decided to open it and see what was going on. One wire on the inside that attaches to the socket plug for the power cable came off. I solder it back and it works like new. When buying something new there should be no reason to try to repair it or troubleshoot.

Been using these for about 8 months starting seeds, growing seedlings and now providing indoor lighting for mature plants that I am holding over the winter. Setup was simple - attach the wire hangers and plug them in. These lights replaced several fluorescent grow lamps for germination of vegetables. Two significant advantages to the lamps: 1) low electrical usage; and, 2) broad spectrum light source. As a source of lights for plants, there is no comparison between these broad spectrum LED's and traditional plant bulbs. I was able to transplant lettuce directly to the garden without any need to harden the plants off (slowly introduce to natural sunlight to prevent damage). Great product if you work with indoor plants or start seeds for growing outdoors. I do not have these in a living area as the light has a red tint and a high level of illumination. Great for plants but maybe not for a family room. My only recommendation is to have these available in a 4ft length and half the width, as well as the square format.

Not full spectrum lights. Just two colors. Do not produce much heat but not as good as comparable lights (thin LEDs). Better for germination and supplemental light. Will work in a pinch.
