Clarks quality, always a great purchase. Leather is stiff but will wear in to a softer feel.

Bargain of the century at £38. I wasn't planning on buying a 4th pair of boots this month but it was too cheap to pass on. Great quality. Extremely comfortable straight out of the box. No breaking in required. They have a fleecy lining covering the whole of the insides which makes them like wearing a big pair of nice warm slippers. Not sure what they'd be like in the summer. I'm a size 11, I ordered size 11 and they fit fine. Maybe slightly bigger than some might like but I prefer them a bit roomy. These are miles better than the Timberland's I just sent back.

Bought these while on offer purely as a cheap test bed to see if I'd like/suit a more upmarket country boot like Trickers Stow or Barker Pennine. On arrival they looked much better than expected and immediately comfortable from the off. A little break-in helped that further. Not worn them in any muddy fields but are my shoe of choice if cold or wet outside for two years and they still look good. Have now gone on to buy some new Barker Pennine boots at £££; however, I'm still happy to reach for these as my every-day choice.

My husband is the sort of guy that buys shoes that cost a tenner then complains when they hurt. I finally convinced him to try a pair of Clark's boots and he loves them. They fit really well and the soft leather and cushioned soles are ideal for a diabetic's delicate feet. They are still looking very good too after a couple of month's regular wear and he said the style doesn't make him feel like an old man (he is one though).

I bought these boots as I wanted decent, well-made, footwear for work. Clarks fits the bill - but I didn't want to pay retail. Spotted these and am glad I bought them. The boots are very sturdy and comfortable, and very handsome to boot (pun intended). The leather isn't too soft that it all creases as all over, nor is it too hard to cause discomfort. My ankle feels very well supported and the rubber outsole is rugged. I particularly like how the toe and heel have been dyed a very dark brown. They go well with a number of outfits and situations. Finally, the insole is cushioned a little for extra comfort which is a nice touch. Would buy from this vendor again.

This is my second pair . I think they are of good quality based on the price . I had my first pair for quite a few years, hoping for the same on my second.
