I accidentally ordered the wrong console, but the one i got was in great shape
Plugged it in and hooked it up, everything was basically brand new, there was one tiny scuff on the case which I'm guessing is why it went so cheap. It arrived on time, there was nothing wrong with any of it, and i got my refund as soon as they recieved it back with no issues.

Could have come in a neater box, I paid extra but did not come as expected. But son enjoy play on it

No warranty
Xbox came with a controller that didn't work which to be fair they did replace FOC however the xbox stopped working after 8 months and I was advised it must have been my fault (spillage, which there wasn't) and that they cannot offer any resolution i.e. there is not even a 12m guarantee/warranty on the product. If I'd known they wouldn't honour their refurb for 12m i wouldn't have purchased from this seller.
