Very good item. Keeps water hot, the pump is easy to use.

Very impressed by long it keeps the water hot. The boiling water originally poured in was still hot to touch 24 hours later (obviously not hot enough for tea but plenty hot enough to add to the washing up water!).

Value for money

I liked I could store both hot and cold liquids in the flask. They did keep their temp very well. The problem is with the pump action. to be effective it needs to be used whilst you stand over it and , perhaps it is my particular one, it is not really as strong a pump action once the flask gets below half full. I found I had to keep topping up the flask before I should have needed to. I also found as did my colleagues, that if you tried to use the flask whilst sitting down it did not work as effectively needing more and more pumps to fill a cup. Not useful when you are in a meeting if you have to stand up to pump the flask when someone else is stood up talking. A most disappointing buy.
