Ball's too small
The balls are too small so you're constantly fishing it out of your urethra. This was mentioned in other reviews but I thought I'd risk it because I have a little guy. Even having a small member, the jewelry is too small.

Worng size, the correct size is 22mm not 16mm,
The product is low quality, the screw is peeling off it's colour, and the size is way above the 16mm advertized. so it didn't fit
