Snailax Cordless Handheld Back Massager with Heat, Percussion, Rechargeable

I am freshly postpartum and I got this massager as part of my gift to self, that would help me feel more relaxed and well taken care of. I absolutely love this product. Overall, my favorite feature about this product is that it's perfectly universal. The attachment for acupuncture is my absolute favorite when it comes to massaging my hair. Makes me feel so relaxed, I could drift off to sleep instantly,. I currently had an ear infection and used the standard massager for applying some heat and tender pressure on the area behind my ear. It felt heavenly. And soon afterwards my ear was cured, I think the heat helped greatly. I also loved massaging my thighs - I think it's helping to keep my muscles relaxed and tighten my skin a little bit. This massager was the biggest life saver when I strained my back. Massaging my back is extremely convenient since the massager is lightweight enough for me to use it on my back with just one hand. I am planning on keeping it in my car for some rest stop back pain relief when driving for a long time. I love that it's mobile and I can take it along on my adventures. Battery lasts a long time - it was enough for me to have three long massage sessions without having to charge it. Absolutely love this product and highly recommend to anyone who is tense and looking for some options to relax and take care of their body.

This hand held massager is lightweight to hold, but still is heavy enough that it puts pressure when you use it on your back. It charges quickly and is powerful enough to help with light tension or even muscle aches after sports. Both the adults and the teens in our home are using this to assist with aches and pains. There are a few settings that include pulse and constant, so you can choose what you feel like for the day. The heat setting is nice, and just the right amount of heat. We had another massaging gun that felt very aggressive, this is much healthier and feels great!

First off this is a great product. I'm 75 years old and with that comes aches and pains muscle cramps and Charlie horses. This item tackled them all with great success. I'm not saying that it's a miracle worker but it's probably as close as you can get. I have frequent pains in my lower back and legs. Just a few minutes with this and they seem to go away at least temporarily. I love this machine. It has three speeds which I don't know why you would use two of them but they are there if you want them. Now it does say it has heat. If it does it's very slight and not worth even thinking about. I wish they would make it a little warmer. Not hot warmer. As it is right now you can barely tell it's getting warm. It is a bit heavy but if you hold it right by the handle you can use it in just about any position once you get used to it. I do wish they would have provided a bag to keep all the stuff in. There are three different types of attachments plus the charger and if you're anything like me you'll put them somewhere not to lose them and you won't be able to find them when you need them. Simple little bag would really be nice and a little more heat would be even better. All in all how do I rate this? Well I didn't give it five stars because of the heat situation not being very good and because I think they should have a bag with it to keep all the stuff in so it doesn't get lost. I know picky picky but that's why I took one star off. Is this a good product you? know it is. Would I buy this again? In a heartbeat. And the big question is, would I recommend this? You bet your Life I would. If you have aches and pains and muscle problems this is the thing you need. You can use it on your neck your legs your back and I guess you could use it on your feet too but it would be awful ticklish. Bottom line, if you're thinking about buying this do it! You won't be disappointed.

The different textured heads that you can switch out on are nice. It definitely makes my muscles feel less tense. and you can put it on any part of your body.

This cordless massager was purchased to replace the massager I have had (and used frequently) for several years. When my old one finally wore out, there was no question that I would replace it with another Snailax massager. Mine simply wore out after several years of use! It still worked well, it had just gotten to the point the batteries could not continue to hold a charge for an extended time. As rechargeable batteries have a finite life span, my old one had reached the end of their recharging life. My previous massager was a single head, but I purchased this one since there were not any like that available at the time. I never even considered looking at an different brand massager! I was a little concerned when purchasing about the additional weight of the unit due to the two heads, but after using it the first time, it was clear that was not an issue. This gives a great deep tissue massage and applies just the right amount of pressure to your tired, sore and overworked muscles!

this back massager seems to be a quality product and it charges pretty fast last for a while. i'd would have given it five stars because of the excellent way it massages but it takes around 5 mintues for the heat to get going and the heat is more than a 25 watt light bulb's warmth. Besides, I have already registered the free extended 2 yr warranty which brings it to a 3 yr warranty. I contacted Snailax Customer Service via there web site and also by their telephone number and their only reply was thanks for contacting customer support, please go to our website and contact us, How idiotic and there was not response to my complaint about there product barely giving off any heat. so that is why I gave 3 stars. There Customer support is stuck in La La land with their broken automated robotic answering through email and telephone customer support. Again, I have already registered my warranty of their product.

As a retired massage therapist, I have used many devices over the years. This massager from Snailax is one of the best. It compares easily with Thumpers or other more expensive models. It is fairly quiet, hefty and yet easy to handle and is very powerful. I have to use it on the lowest speed. The long handle makes it easy to reach all those hard to reach places. It just arrived today and as soon as I charged it, I used it on several places on my body. I like the choice of speeds and the pressure feels just right. I have not tried the heat function yet as I don't feel the need. I would recommend this massager to anyone looking for relief of muscle tension. I just hope it holds up well over time.

Very disappointed. I was excited to receive this product after reading all the positive reviews. I had owned a corded hand held massager for many years and was super pleased with it, once it finally kicked the bucket I decided to order this cordless one. Within 2 months after receiving it I started having issues. The charging cable broke and I had to purchase a new one - not a big deal was maybe 10 bucks? But the real issue is that my device does NOT STAY CHARGED. I plug it in for several hours...the light turns red (meaning its fully charged) but immediately DIES after only 3-4 mins of use and I have to recharge it. I have even tried to use it while it was plugged in and it still died after only a few minutes of use. This does seem like a very powerful massager and would be a tremendous help for my chronic back pain...if it would just stay ON for more than a few mins at a time?? So thinking this was a faulty unit, I contacted customer support at Snailax for some resolution...and they did offer to send me a replacement, BUT...I have to ship this unit back AT MY OWN EXPENSE...? Not acceptable... This is terrible customer service in my opinion. I should not have to pay for the return of an item that obviously has a serious defect. The very least the company could do is send me a return shipping label at their expense. I'd like to add that this is the very 1st time I have ever posted a negative review for any product I have ordered from Amazon...but I felt I had to in this instance. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

For me this rating, but , I think as a product, it could be very good for its uses. The only problem is its weight : it is very heavy.i don’t think it is bearable for anybody else or individual use.

This is a great product, well-made like other Snailax devices. It's battery-powered, so there's no need to keep it plugged in. It comes with a charger, and light indicators let you know when the battery is low. There are four buttons: one for heat, one for modes (three modes available), and one to change the intensity. Hi, you receive the product and a card to register for the warrantee via email, which is great however 2 out of the 4 attachments do not stay on and fly off every time you use them. Whilst we are in the midst of the CV-19 I did receive immediate response regarding the warrantee card, but no response from my queries regarding the attachments (one has 3 seperate massage heads on it, essential for what I wish to use it for and the other is great for calf and upper legs and I cant use either). Im hoping they may replace them but to date still have not heard anything? They have sent me a return print out, but I am expected to pay postage which is the over half the price of the item? With regard to this being sent from USA and the warrantee therefore, despite being included in the packaging being null and void, if the attachments stayed on, then great, refusal to replace the attachments or pay to return the item means you are left with a machine that does not work properly despite the amount you paid for it. I would not bother to buy this, there are better products out there. I sent this back via their return label and was never refunded for the item and or the postage from this company. Amazon has refunded the item, Im awaiting if they will refund the postage! All they had to do was resend two new attachments that fitted. Waste of time and money so far. Here's hoping Amazon honour the postage as well.

The Snailax is an amazing product. I started using the product for 2 days and feel the comfort of my muscles relaxing and it is awesome. It has 4 different massager grip to suit different parts of the body . No words to say , it is an amazing product really a good investment and will recommend to all my friends .
