It works better than any cup I’ve ever had
The best cup in years. I bought mine and I’ve tested it thoroughly. I’m a train driver so a cup that does not leak and keeps my drink hot for over three hours is great, other cups do some, all or none of the above I’ve found over the years but there has always been a fault , either major or minor with other cups , I can’t fault this one and believe me I’ve tried, put it in front of my ice cold air con unit and the drinks still hot , leave top open , hardly loses any heat.One important thing , make sure you let the pressure out as instructed when you make a hot drink , at 04.30 one morning I didn’t and the top blew off on my motorbike ride to work soaking my bag in coffee but that was MY fault not the cups , other than this mishap there has been no leaks or anything, great cup for value etc

Good value for money
The cup itself is built very well, it is easy to hold and fits nicely in the cup holders of various cars. It is easy to clean as can unscrew the lid, and the wider top allows good access to get to the bottom of the cup.It is also leak proof, however we have found that the rubber that seals the is comes off everytime it is opened. This means that after every opening of the cup it has to be reattached and if this is not done correctly the product can leak. When the rubber is eventually on properly it is a great product but it does make it less convenient as desired. I don't know if this is just an issue with this cup or whether all.Overall the product is great for the price. It has the capability to not leak as long as you keep an eye on the rubber stopper. (Again this may not be all cups as we only bought the one)

Form over function.
If you like luke warm coffee after 2 hours, the probability that this will leak as my car seat will testify, then this is for you. The only way I could keep the coffee a bit warmer was to wrap in silver foil and keep it in a plastic bag. The black surface scratches easily even when just washing the dishes. It's one of my few returns as this is just not fit for purpose. Oh yeah, it was in a plastic bag upright, in my work bag when it leaked.

Almost perfect
I use a lot of travel mugs. I actually use them in the home in favour of normal mugs.I needed a replacement after my Bubba ceramic flask got broken.I decided this mug as they seem independent and I was intrigued.Pros: it is spill proof, it is insulated- the outside is stone cold while then liquid (tea) is piping hot. It fits the cup holder in my car. The lid is simple "cork" design minimising moving parts which I dislike in other similar priced mugs.Cons: the lid catch isn't that secure. I wouldn't trust it full in a bag.All in all I really like this and would buy again. Signed up for the VIP and hope to test there other versions in the future.I recommend ceramic coated interior and a range of Lasting Tea mugs (as it a superior drink)

It simply does exactly what it claims to do!
For the committed coffee drinker, in whose ranks I count myself, the perfect flask or travel mug is an object pursued with zeal, as a quest. I have tried and discarded many. Most have complicated lid mechanisms; gaskets that fail and other idiosyncrasies that result in spills. I like my coffee hot and to stay hot. I don't want spills and do want it dishwasher safe. Its too big for the Waitrose "free" coffee machine, that apart, it will do for me.

So much better than expected!
I suspected this would be a fly by night mug that would promise loads & deliver little - I now stand corrected on that! I thought the lid would be a problem & come unclipped during transport but no such issues. It gets used daily then goes in the dishwasher every evening (number one buying point!) & doesn’t have any stupid edges that you can’t get clean.Seller is also very helpful, buy with confidence!

Too tall
Would be 5 stars but doesn't fit under most commercial coffee machines. I know I should have taken better notice of the product dimensions but didn't think it wouldn't fit. However it does keep drinks hot for a long time so will be fine for use for my drinks made at home.

Very recommendable!!!
Very good item so far! Very easy to clean and is leak proof to a extent. Very happy with this product so far so good. Keeps your drinks very hot! Started putting a little cold in just to be able to drink my morning coffee safely. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend. Best one so far 💯
