Chocolate flavor is good..not much Omega 3 present so no problem with smell. It's like a general multivitamin tonic with added traces of fish oil. Recommended dosage is very high.if u consume recommended dosage then bottle won't last even 15days..so it's not worth of money..but I'm giving my son around 10ml every day.
