The first cold brew coffee maker I received was broken (there was a crack where the handle attached to the pitcher), but the seller quickly sent out another and I had it within 3 days! I’ve made two batches of cold brew coffee so far (I do have to filter the coffee a second time, but the coffee is amazing). I love the design and look, but I do wish the filter was more sturdy. You have to be very careful when removing the lid from the filter (it bends very easily and I can see the filter becoming damaged if not handled carefully).So much better than going to a coffee shop and spending $5+ per coffee! I would have liked to have had the coffee maker longer than a week before writing a review. So far I love the product. The only downside to this product is that I wish it was more sturdy. It seems very delicate.

I had an issue with my package and the customer service at Home Story was amazing. They had quick response and truly empathized with me.When I received the new cold brew maker, it was just as expected. Glass is extremely durable and sleek. Super easy to use and clean, and fits nicely into my fridge.What was also great to find out is that it can also be used on the stove if you want to make tea or reheat tea/coffee. This makes it more versatile than the other cold brew makers—and better than my last one.Last to note, they use silicon instead of plastic. No need to worry about BPA or any plastic.

This cold brewer looks amazing and it easy to use. I have been using Black Rifle coffee straight out of the bag and the filter included with this cold brewer has left no grounds at all in the container at the end of the brew. My only suggestion would be to provide another stainless lid or provide some other lid for the stainless grounds container so that you don't have to continually keep taking the gasket on and off the stainless lid. What is nice is that they give you an extra gasket for the lid as part of the package.

I love the taste of cold brew coffee from a glass carafe. I love it, but wish the carafe neck was wider to get one hand in to clean. Also, I don't like having to change the rubber gasket after brewing....making one to fit during and after brewing would be ideal.

For the last year, I’ve been using a big pickle jar and mixing the grounds and water then pouring it through a filter in my coffee pot, that works but is messy. I stumbled upon this and had to have it. Although much smaller than my original method, this is a faster, less messy way to make cold brew coffee and it’s cheap. It looks nice as well. I’m thrilled with my purchase.

I wish the company waited a couple weeks like I asked before requesting a review. So I can only say after ONE use, the brewery is doing well. That's not enough time to recommend it however.

I’ve been making cold brew in a cheesecloth sock and mason jar for several years and needed to replace my jar. My husband said he’d like to try this system and I am thrilled that I listened to him. Absolutely delicious! And I’m using same coffee brand but wow what a difference in taste.

Does a good job, It is easy to use and a nice mesh for filter and cleanup. I only use for cold press. I have twelve years experience in professional coffee production (small and big scale). It is also very nice for serving. Appearance even looks good next to my crystal. Thank you!
