OVER A YEAR LATER UPDATE: Okay, so... taking them off. There are a lot of one star reviews as a result of ER visits and damaged ear lobes. Now that I've taken them off, I get it. Buuuut, the sad part is that all of this could be solved with simple instructions for removal being included in the packaging. I'm grateful to the reviewer on here who explained how and I'm going to add on. First know this: IGNORE THE HINGE. The hinge has nothing to do with what you need to do to open it. A ton of people are talking about how they couldn't open the hinge so they cut it off and ultimately hurt themselves. The hinge doesn't open. Ignore the hinge. If you look at the pictures of the product up top, you'll see that the connector behind the ear has a space above where the part that goes through your ear enters the backing. That space is because all you need to do is lift the bar up and it releases like nothing. Now, depending on how thick your lobe is/how tight the huggie is, getting in there is hard! That's where I had a tiny bit of pain, but nothing too bad. I used the tine of a fork cause my nails could not fit in. Once I figured out how with the first one (again, thank you reviewers!), the other three came off no problem. It was a bitch, but these earrings have served me well the entire time I wore them. I'm not dinging them for the harder than usual removal. Just know what your talking into and include instructions, PAVOI! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I don't wear a ton of jewelry beyond wedding rings, so I love to accessorize with earrings for fun. You know, pre-quarantine! After the shelter-in-place in March, I stopped wearing earrings altogether and while it was fine for my first piercing, my second one always seems to close. So I looked into huggie/cuffs as a solution. I wanted something that still looked nice, made me feel put together, but didn't get in the way and didn't have to go on and off each day. That's where these came in. I bought the white gold and rose gold (one of each in each ear.) It's tough to get a good pic, but you can see I tried! I love these. The finding (or whatever you call the part that goes through your ear lobe) is the only part not coated in the white or rose gold (for $13, what do you expect?), which initially had me worried that I'd start to see the skin around the piercing hole turn green or grey or something. Not an issue. I've been wearing these earrings full time since I got them on May 11, 2020. Not a single issue. They haven't gotten agitated or hurt, they haven't unlatched or fallen out, they haven't dulled or started to tarnish. And I've of course showered plenty in that time, but I've also been in pools this summer. Even chlorine/saline didn't have an effect. And so reasonably priced, too! I highly recommend these cuffs!

Loveeeeee these! So comfortable, perfect to sleep in, I forget they are there. They don't tarnish and had it for more than a year now. I lost one of them because my necklace got caught on it and it came loose, which is normal! I bought another pair with cubic zirconia with the same price, would buy again!

These are perfect for my 13 year old daughter —they almost hug her earlobe making them easy and comfortable for her to wear and even comfortably sleeps in them.

These earrings are so cute and dainty! They fit perfectly and are snug around my ear. They are not loose nor is there extra space where they hang down. They are a true cuff earring. I’m able to wear these to the gym because I feel confident they will not come out or get tugged on. I get so many compliments on them. They are very subtle but absolutely the cutest earrings. I love that they have a clasp closure. I always feel like they are secure in my ears. They aren’t thick, but they are still durable. I wear them all the time, and they have not tarnished nor broken. They are hypoallergenic and do not irritate my ears. They are a great value for the money. I will likely be buying the gold pair as well.

Love the look of these pieces and will continue to purchase them. I have noticed they tarnish over time and some of the clasps aren’t as secure as others but I’m not gonna complain because they aren’t expensive. I’ve never had an issue with irritation and they don’t bother me to sleep in them. They go well with whatever occasion. Overall a great purchase.

I have very small ear piercing holes that have given me issues for years. Any time i try to wear earrings I can't find the hole, or they get sore or itch, maybe I'm allergic to something in the metals ect, but these...these are a game changer. As soon as I got them, i wiped them down with rubbing alchohol and popped them into my ears. I have been able to wear them, NON-STOP for weeks now. No itching, no soreness, they are SO light that i forget they are even there. They are the perfect size. Small enough not to get snagged on things, but large enough to see. They look like little ear edge clasps and are adorable. I got the rose-gold because i love that color, and they match my glasses-frames perfectly. The hinge works amazingly well, and unlike a few other reviews on here, they do NOT GET LOCKED TO YOUR EARS. Before putting them on, you should open and close them a few times, get a feel for how easy or hard it is to unsnap it! One side was a little bit of a weak clasp, so i GENTLY pushed on the stem, upwards a bit, so that it would "bite" into the opposite hole a bit better, and it worked perfect. If one is very hard to unsnap, you just have to GENTLY adjust the angle of the stem a TINY bit. Don't stick them in your ears without testing the snap strength! I've worn them to bed, through showers, and in the pool multiple times, basically only removing them to clean the stems now and then, ever since I got them. And now, since I've been faithfully wearing earrings for a solid amount of time, my holes are actually much better, and i can easily swap out and wear heavy or long earrings without an issue, and then pop these ones back in at the end of the day. 10/10, 5 stars. I might even order a couple backup pairs or buy some as gifts, cause these are GREAT.

Design and colour/tone of yellow gold (that’s what I bought) all perfect. One complaint though these are rounded and in the photos I thought they would be more square edges. Disappointed about that. Quality: great finishing. Open and close well. Felt secured when I tried them on. Of course it is a cheap product and it feels plastic and cheap. But they are great value for money. I am returning them after trying them for 2 min. But it has nothing to do with these earrings not being wonderful. My ear lobes earring piercing location are not symmetrical. One is higher than the other. I didn’t know that! And one is very tight hugging the lobe and the other one is too loose and can move around a bit too much... fast delivery. Beautiful wrapping. I recommend to everyone who can wear this type of earrings. I had to go back and wear my studs style.... I wish I could wear these, but I can’t.
