Is this to whip cream or just to dispense as one of the reviews says.. I mean do you put plain cream into it or pre whipped cream?

Hello , The person who has put on the review does not even know how to use the product. He has used the product without putting gas charger in it. To whip the cream you need n2o gas chargers which are easily available on amazon.in . I request you to please search on youtube and watch a video regarding usage of a cream whipper before buying the product to get complete clarity
