I drink this hot. LOVE the flavor & consistency (it's creamy-perfect, if you use a battery-operated frothing whisk!). The nutritional bits really do keep the hunger pangs away! Only 1 scoop added to a 16 oz mug. Add 8 oz boiling water and use a frothing blender to blend it well. Add enough half & half to bring the liquid to just below the top of the mug. Zap in the micro for 15 seconds if it needs to be hotter. The flavor is great, no need to add any sweetener, the half h half provides additional fat and this will keep you sated for several hours.

So glad it's back!!!! The only shake that does not taste like a weight loss/protein shake. I use a shake blender and add skim milk. When they discontinued it, I tried several other similar products. No comparison, I just could not drink them. Best tasting shake on the market. Worth a try!

To get the suggested amount of powder, it’s roughly 2 3/4 scoops, not “about 2 scoops” like the label says. Which makes the amount of servings per container wrong. Yes, I actually used paper and a pen to do equations. I’m sure others have mentioned this, but I didn’t feel like reading through reviews again just to leave my own review. The taste is ok, but not something I look forward to drinking. But then, on a whim, I added a splash of Anderson Erickson Egg Nog to it and the taste improved significantly. I tried making one today with a splash of 2% milk, but it only slightly improved it. I’ll be buying more egg nog to use up the remainder of the mix. I also tried making one with egg nog and no water - which I do NOT recommend because the powder wouldn’t combine with it at all. Weird, so I kept adding water until it came together. It was a decent $20 experiment, but I doubt I’ll buy this again unless they start selling egg nog outside of winter holidays. AND correct the directions on the label AND provide a scoop labeled with a measurement that works with powder, not liquid amounts.

Slim Fast made a very wise choice. This item was discontinued for several years. Myself, as well as others (per the Slim Fast website’s reviews) were ANGRY and DEVASTATED. The Chocolate Fudge Brownie flavor is the ONLY keto shake that tastes amazing and helps me keep my weight down. NOTHING cld replace this product for me, trust me I’ve been wasting my money on lots of other brands. *Atkins Dark Chocolate was probably the closest one I cld find, but I was never fully satisfied with it. Anyway, the millisecond I saw this product was brought back into stock I ordered 5 containers. Once those arrived, I checked the expiration date to make sure they were legit and not an old batch. Currently it’s Sept 2025. The batch received expires in 2027. Needless to say I ordered another 5 containers. Taste and texture are the same as the years before. The price use to be about $10-14 per container. Now they are $21 per container. I’m hoping that will drop again some day 🤞This is a product I take everywhere (gym, camping, trips, vacations etc). I’m very happy now and I’m stocked up for the year… I will add that Slim Fast has clearly given me trust issues. Maybe I shld be another 10 just to be safe.

Tastes like cake batter, but the consistency makes me want to hurl. No amount of shaking it up made it go away. It is filling though.

Love this stuff!! I was on it before and definitely helped curb hunger and lose weight! I had stopped it because Walmart stopped selling it. The flavor is so yummy!!! Not like others that taste like chalk. Smells like chocolate too!

Don't know if I'll be able to lose weight with this, but it definitely does taste like cake. 😊 I'm not going on a full blown keto diet, but at least trying to replace some of the things that plague me with healthier option. I don't know if I'll ever be able to get bread out of my life, but this can definitely help me avoid snack cakes, donuts, and those pastry kinds of sweets, which is a huge step in the right direction. There's about 2 weeks of servings in this package, so the cost effectiveness is great for replacing my breakfast for about only $1 per day. It's pretty thick and leaves me feeling full and satisfied. Update 1/2 way through: these shakes are delicious and will definitely be buying more. It tastes like cake for breakfast and so filling. I have to say, my digestive system feels like I’m doing it a favor. When I drink it, I’m NOT having ANY “restroom issues” with this slimfast keto shake, unlike some other shakes have in the past (either too much too quick and rush to the restroom or constipation). I feel like it’s helping me become more “regular” and predictable with that area of life. You may or may not have that same positive side effect of regularity, but I’m just sayin what I’m experiencing. No weight loss (still 165) but definitely an easier way to have breakfast and lunch.

A lot of these types of products can be gritty and not mix well. This mixes well and is therefore smooth. I do think it has an aftertaste that I don’t particularly like.

No yucky after taste. Delicious by itself or in smoothies.
