Of course, what is stinky to one person is a wonderful aroma to another, but I hate the way this stuff smells! It’s like cheap cologne! But I do have to say that it does its job very well—great hold, and works well with a bit of water as well. If they made an odorless version, I’d keep buying it.

I never seem to find time to do reviews and I do most of my basic shopping online. I’m terrible. Here is the bottom line, though... First off, I love it, personally. Second, I am a female with a blonde, pixie cut that’s super texturised. So, here it is: Perfect, strong hold. Keeps things in place with super definition and an absolute matte finish. I have fine hair and this pomade (after an hour or so of wearing) makes me look like I have an extra half of my hair added. It can definitely give you a messy look if you want it to, but not if you don’t intend for it to. I had an American Crew, medium hold, high shine, pomade that I rarely use now because I love this one so much. I’ve had many years in the past of short hair and I haven’t found anything this great (all around) since the Fudge Hair Puddy I used to use as a teenager. So if you’re looking for great control, a matte finish, texture and (by the way) an amazing, kinda sandalwood, light scent (pretty faint, but lovely)... this is it.

Not bad, simply doesn’t hold very well! For fine, thin hair it may work well. Used it on my hair, course and thick curly hair. Didnt smooth or hold anything down! Not worth the buy for me.

I have tried nearly all of the available pomades on the market from the leading brands and this one clearly comes out on top. It's important to me that the product I use WORKS, that it's vegan, possibly organic or includes organic ingredients, and that it smells nice. This combination is almost impossible to come by but Rodante Extra Hold pomade delivers. I deliberately waited 2 months before leaving a review because I wanted to test it on shorter and longer hair too. It works great on both. The product behaves very well on both dry and wet hair, has a very strong yet enriching hold, and smells great (yet the scent is not overbearing!). It feels, smells, and behaves natural which is no doubt thanks to the organic and vegan ingredients. It's nice to see a brand that cares about quality and sustainability at the same time. I'll continue with this product as my pomade of choice and recommend that you try it too.

My usual pomade of choice is Suavecito , but at the recommendation of my friend, I tried this new brand of pomade. To my surprise it actually worked well. I was easier to work with and had no oily residue like Shiner. The hold was strong as it lasted the whole day. although the finish did start to go matte. The scent was refreshing and did not damage my hair when I left it on overnight. It also washes out easily. If you are looking for a reliable alternative to your pomade, I would highly recommend Rodante! Plus it's vegan, so you can eat it without remorse (just kidding, not sure if it tastes any good) :)

This is by far my favorite product on Rodante’s line. Although I have enjoyed all the other products by Rodante, this one is my all time favorite. I have cut my hair shorter recently and I’ve been looking for something that gives me the same look as when I did with my longer hair. This product holds and keeps my hair full of volume. It’s not sticky like how other pomades are. It smells great and a little goes a long way. If you’re looking for a new pomade this is the one! Trust me!

this product is perfect when you are trying to get that classy clean look. This product smells great and held all night long! I have used many pomade products but this one allows me to style without having to yank my hair with a brush. This is my first vegan hair product and i must say i am really surprised on how well it kept my hair in place. I will definitely use this product again!!!!!!

A little expensive for the amount, I presumed it was the usual size of an everyday pomade. Although It's small, a little goes a long way. Hairs can spring out again on a short back and sides because of its natural base ingredients. So a slight second application might be required before leaving the house.

I purchased this as a replacement for my favourite, John Masters Organics Bourbon Vanilla & Tangerine Hair Texturizer, which they've discontinued to reformulate (WHY?)Since this was also vegan, and highly rated, I thought I'd give it a try.Warning: I've given this product 3 stars because I think it would be fine for someone else, but I can't really tell because I can't use it. THE ODOUR! The scent they've put in there is overpowering, even if you use a minuscule amount.

I found this product to be very over priced, the scent is very strong and might be off putting to some. I would not purchase this product again
