Not just for the Gluten Free
We had a Girl Guide project involving pancakes: other contry pancakes, gluten free, dairy free, store bought comparrison scenario. These were a hit. They are a little sweeter than traditional pancakes and that may have been why but I explained Teff... grass seed and they really liked them. They cooked up like a crepe... just as expected. Really tasty. I had some extra batter and becasue there is no cream or egg... I froze it and will try at the end of the month when I have a gluten friend over to see if the extra batter makes it trough a freeze thaw cycle.

I first brought a packet of this at the London Olympia freefroon festival and I'm so glad I did!!! My kids love the pancakes, they are super light and fluffy

A great healthy snack / desert which seems like a treat.
I ordered the pancake / waffle mix along with the pasta. The kids were obviously more keen for pancakes. The instructions were easy and pancakes tasted great.

I give this to all my friends, and I make pancakes out of them and do not tell my friends that it is gluten free. They say how lovely the pancakes are and come back for more, then I tell them it is gluten free and they cannot believe it!!!! I am so glad I have been introduced to Teff in its many forms.

Convenient & tasty pancake mix
Nice pancake mix that's not super sweet. If I had a waffle iron I'd be sure to make those as well , yummy
