Easy to assemble. Very comfortable and lightweight to move around.

I give this chair 5 stars for the chair itself, but 4 stars overall because of the assembly. I was under the impression from what I’d read that assembly was virtually limited to just putting on the wheels. This was not the case. I had to assemble the entire chair from individual pieces and a bag of hardware. It took me almost 2 hours and the directions were not very clear. Once assembled, I’m very happy with it, but if moderately-challenging furniture assembly isn’t your thing, I’d choose a different chair.

This functions really well.The seat back adjusts to different angles easily, though it took me a while to figure out how to do that at first. Manipulating the arms is all it takes.Assembly was fast and easy - you only attach 2 wheels.I'm taking away 1 star because the "rattan" material described is actually plastic. Rattan is supposed to be a natural palm material. I was disappointed that I bought something with so much synthetic material because I was trying hard to buy a product with natural materials, and I feel like the description is a little like false advertising.I just got this, so am not sure about its long-term durability.

Good chairs and great support. One of the two Outdoor Chaise Lounge chairs was missing the wheel axle plastic caps. E-mailed vendor and they immediately replied that they would send replacement caps. A few hours later they replied that the caps were back ordered and they had already sent replacement chair. They were so fast I didn't have a chance to tell them not to worry about them as it didn't really matter to me. After one long hot Ga. summer the wood arms need refinished but other than that they are holding up well.

I am enjoying my chaise. I would prefer it be higher off the ground but that's really no problem. I'm keeping it under my porch cover when not in use. It folds up for easy storage. Love its appearance and the wheels turn easily. I neglected to check on the front legs once after moving it forward and it collapsed on me when I sat down. It would be nice to be able to lock those in place but it was a lesson learned. I had some difficulty getting it to change positions at first but again no big problem. It's so comfortable you really don't need a cushion but I bought one anyway. And by the way the arms don't get hot in this lower Alabama heat!!!

I received an excellent product, but a problem occurred in shipping and several required parts were lost. I couldn't put the chair together. The seller responded to my concerns and since the parts are coming from overseas, granted me a full credit, no longer required me to reship this large size chair and indicated they were still looking for parts .While initial upset at the missing parts were my initial reaction, a seller who cares about is customer and their experience enabled me to change my rating to five stars.Thanks for responding so well to a difficult set of circumstances beyond your control.

The chair is nice. I live in FL so I like the fact that you can fold it and put inside when we have bad weather advisories. It is not very comfortable as is, I’m assuming I’d need to buy cushions for it, but it’s very practical and it looks great.

I got this chair and had to assemble it. The assembly was annoying. While assembling I realized how cheap the construction is. This is a very high price for a low quality chair. I would probably send it back immediately if I did not have to disassemble it to get it back in the box. It also does not lay down flat if you want to lounge face down.
