exactly like pasta! it IS pasta! except far better!
Maybe you've been on a low calorie diet like I have, and you've tried the zero calorie shirataki noodle swaps in your pasta. It just really isn't the same, is it? I was adding so much parmesean cheese to compensate for the taste, and truthfully, the fiber payoff of those noodles wasn't great. I was desperate for REAL pasta, but when I measured it out and cooked it, I felt like I was getting too little. This was SO revolutionary. You can cook the entire box (and I do) for 520 calories. Yeah, that's not shockingly low, and that's without sauce, and most of my other meals average 200-300 calories. But you know what? It was so much more worth it to make space in my calorie budget for this pasta. When I finish it, I sigh in relaxed contentment, "aaaaaaah, now that, THAT my good sir, was pasta." And truthfully, this is the lowest calorie product you will ever be able to make that statement with. And I always need fiber, especially in a low calorie diet where I've cut out a good chunk of my carbs and things aren't so... regular and timely the way they used to be. Anyway, I can't recommend this product enough. Until they find some magic way to take the calories out of starch, this should be your go to pasta for the calorie conscious. It tastes great. I don't want to say "it tastes just like pasta" because it IS pasta and tastes like it.

Best Low Calorie Pasta
My family has been eating this pasta for the last couple of months and it is the best! High in fiber low in calories. It tastes amazing you would never know it was any different. I have lost over 75 pounds while continuing to eat pasta regularly. It cooks just like normal pasta but is even better for you. I canโt recommend it enough!

Expensive, but tastes great and good for carb conscious
This pasta is very expensive compared to regular pasta. HOWEVER, I haven't found another pasta that has low net carbs and actually tastes like regular pasta! Diabetes is a big concern in my family, and this product puts pasta back on the menu! I would recommend checking to see if ordering directly from the company is a better option for you. I decided to take advantage of the after-Thanksgiving sales and ordered several packages (free shipping over a certain purchase price). Side note: my Amazon order was plain rotini, but I also ordered the mac and cheese direct from the company, which is very tasty!

The taste, consistency and fiber content are excellent!
A bit expensive but well worth it if you and your family love pasta but like healthy food too. There is literally no difference, in taste or texture, from regular pasta. It takes a bit longer to cook (approximately 15-18 minutes) because of the type of fiber it contains.

Great flavor and texture, a little expensive
These taste great and have good texture. A little expensive. To bad companies are always trying to make money off of people that can't eat regular food, like diabetics.

For low cal these are amazing!
These are my go to pasta noodles. They taste almost like our regular favorite brand but half of the calories. Make sure to cook them almost half the time longer than stated on the box. Just try a noodle before taking out of boiling water or they will be too al dente.

Pay for 6 boxes but only 1 shows up
I have previously purchased this pasta 4 times and it was great. My wife and I order the 6 count package to save a little money and we gradually use it up and then we order more. It has been great. We like the pasta! However! Recently i have tried to order more, I purchase the 6 count package and only 1 box shows up. I am charged for the 6 count package but I do not get 6 boxes of pasta only 1. This has happened 2 times now and it is very frustrating. Please reach out to me to let me know how this can get fixed I will now be returning one box of pasta to get my money back.

Good quality
These are actually pretty good! Not much difference from these to regular al dente pasta - same texture! Taste good - same as regular pasta but lower in carbs! Great value for the money

Itโs 150 calories not 110 per serving. This product is false advertising not what it claims to be
not the best product
