It's a decent diaper and has absorbed both bowel movement and incontinence. Supposed to contain up to 25 ounces of fluid which it might can but only if it occurs in one event as multiple voids does result in leaking before reaching the max capacity. Bit pricey but depending on the user can be used for a whole day

Getting old sucks and bladder leakage as you age is more common than you think, but you ultimately have to deal with your real-life problem and you're certainly not alone. (Men have this problem as commonly as women.) Once it happens, you start looking for products to help you get through the day or night, and I'll save you some time, having tried almost all the brands of disposable underwear out there, including store brands. Tranquility, in my opinion, is the top of the line to handle this need. Their sizing is on the money (many don't fit the waist sizes advertised or just don't fit right) and performance is the best, with extra thick padding for those with serious leakage, whether you buy the Daytime or Overnight versions. These probably aren't for people with light leakage, as the pad will seem too heavy until you get use to it. But for real leakage, this is a great product. As with all disposable underwear, these will stay in place better if you wear your tightie whities over them and give you better protection to boot.

My 86 yr old father has had two prostrate surgeries and has urgent bladder. Sometimes he makes it to the toilet on time, but sometimes he doesn't. The absorbancy has been great...no more puddles on the way to the bathroom! He also has dribbles, so using these "underwear" for him is a must. The XXL fit my dad great. He is 5'8" tall and 270 pounds. If anything, they're a little loose in the crotch, but then again, he's short. One negative is that we have noticed a gooey residue on the backmost part of the toilet seat. It dries, but is there and so I find we are having to wipe down the seat after each toilet visit. The absorbency material is leaching out onto dad's skin, yucky. He says he is not uncomfortable.

No absorption have had these before from the company and they perform perfectly. Cheap Chux must be buying rejects they fall apart as soon as they get wet. The jell inside comes out all over. This is not there typical performance

I purchased these for my dad and he said they are comfortable. They seem to be sized correctly and work well for him. I will be purchasing again.

These pull-ups are super absorbent, legs are a little too big for me so if you are a side sleeper there is a tendency for a minimal leak, you may need under padding on you bed. Have tried everything on the market but these are the best for a great fit, longer in the rise to the waistline, so comfortable, plus super absorbent.
