Does this really work for ingrown hairs? Prevention or treating ones that are already there?

Exfoliating dead skin covering ingrown hairs is definitely a good thing according to my dermatologist although he doesn’t recommend brushing. Dermatologist’s in general don’t recommend brushing, scraping or over working the skin in any manner and prefer gentle techniques like softening the skin with a warm moist wash cloth followed by a chemical exfoliating cleanser. They think an improvement in 2 months is reasonable. Another recommendation is to stop shaving for 1 to 6 months until the condition resolves. However, I found this brush to feel good, it is soft and gentle. It provides a mild amount of exfoliation, works good for soft tissue areas like my face. After brushing I feel rejuvenated even if the dermatologist doesn’t recommend it for my skin.

What is the difference between the blue and orange versions of this brush?

The difference is in the color choice only. The different brush colors help to prevent some possible hygienic issues when, for example, a couple uses separate Dylonic brushes in the same bathroom. Does it work well together with Hangsun F230?

Yes, it does. Actually I do not have to use this anymore, because the F230 epilator works really great, no redness, no ingrown hairs.

Mine didn't come with the original packaging or instructions. What are the directions for use?

That means you got someone's return. Same with me. I cleaned it with rubbing alcohol before use. And I'm returning it because while its seems like it should, it simply doesn't work.
