Get some gloves too!
I've started using these when all my outdoor exercises stopped and I haven't been disappointed. At first it can be a little intimidating to figure out an entire workout based entirely around 4 circular bands of rubber, but if you're committed to it a few searches on youtube are all you need. I'd recommend James Grage as he's solely been working with these type of bands for years. You soon realize just how versatile they are.I'd make two recommendations to anyone buying though. Firstly, get some gloves (ones that cover the fingers if possible). The bands can be a bit demanding on your hands and skin.Secondly, buy a little attachment that fits into the frame of your door. They're pretty inexpensive (£5/£6) and basically consist of a bit of foam with a strap attached. It vastly increases the types of exercises you can do in your home and all you need is a door that closes.Have been using the product for over a month now and am seeing good gains in comparison to my 'before' picture.

A great range of resistances
These bands have a little bit of a smell to them brand new but it goes away after a couple of uses. The storage bag these come with is huge, so there's no problem stuffing them all in without having tied them up all neat and tidy after every workout. The green certainly does to go up to 50kg of resistance, and the small red one is still super useful for doing lateral raises, or adding to the other bands for a bit more of resistance.Like another reviewer said, get some gloves though, if you don't then the skin on your palm can become the limiting factor, not your muscles.

Must have piece of equipment
I've used many resistance bands, usually for enhancing my stretching and mobility routines, but I've never owned a set of my own. The gyms are now closed because of the coronavirus pandemic, so I've been training from home. These were well priced, conviniently coming with a pouch to carry them in, but lacking the nasty synthetic rubber smell which you might expect. I needed a durable set of bands, because they were going to be at the core of each of my workouts, 4-5 times a week, and they have not disappointed me. They feel well made and the edges do not cut into my skin when I am using them.I use them for:- deadlifts; overhead squats; one handed rows; seated rows; lat pulldown; bicep curls; tricep extension; overhead shoulder press- and many more. They are still going strong. I would 100% recommend these.

Decent
They work fine for assisted pull ups and dips, very durable and really can’t complain as they are a lot cheaper than others!

A surprisingly good and fun replacement for weights
The bands stretch relatively well and the range of power seems to be sufficient for all the various muscle groups across the 4 bands. I think the gap between red and black maybe a little bit too extreme and the green is very tough to move but it's sufficient to build muscle and they overlap at least somewhat.I am surprised at how easy it is to get working out and make progress with James Garge's workouts on youtube. I have made more progress with the bands than I ever did with dumbbells and I am yet to get injured because there isn't a phase of placing them down safely while your muscle is done for. These bands seem sufficient for at least intermediate muscle and bodybuilding.

High quality resistance bands, ideal for assisted pull-ups.
Great for assisted pull-ups. 4 different grades of resistance mean you can start with a higher grade and work your way down to the lowest grade as your strength increases. Also great when travelling, my partner works away some weeks and has thrown one of these in her bag so she can do strength work in the hotel room. They seem to be higher quality than others bands I've owned which tend to stretch and eventually break. So far very happy with my purchase.

Happy Customer!
I bought resistance bands from a different seller on amazon before, quality wasnt great and packaging was quite cheap looking. I wanted a stronger, more durable set so i was delighted when these arrived in pristine condition. Bands themselves are very high quality. I've tested the first two resistance levels and will work my way up in time. Draw string bag was also a good idea. So to sum up... happy customer! Great buy!

Great workout, great price
I haven't tried the "premium" resistance bands out there, so I can't compare quality directly, but I have been getting fantastic workouts with these bands. The amount of resistance provided is great and they feel very durable; for the price on offer, I am very satisfied.
